Designs by Dara

ou could tell that she really put her entire heart into our florals and they were just beyond stunning. I'm tearing up just writing this thinking about how much work she put in and just how beautiful they turned out. We had a vision for our chuppah and she went above and beyond to make it happen. It was such a magical experience to stand under something so gorgeous while we said our vows. I cannot thank her enough for making our wedding so incredibly stunning. Dara is a seasoned pro. She knows what she's doing. I know when I was initially planning the wedding I got swept away by different florists and their social media pages. However, I strongly recommend not letting those be the only factor when you book your florist. Dara's florals are STUNNING, she is so professional and kind, and she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Dara, thank you so much for making our wedding just that much more special. We so greatly appreciate all the hard work and hours you put in for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Megan & Devin

I knew she would deliver on the day of. There were a few updates that we had to make leading up to the wedding, but Dara was quick and responsive. Even a few days before there was an issue with getting flowers we had previously discussed, but Dara informed me and also provided a substitution for another flower which was equally as beautiful. So many people complimented our flowers and expressed how unique our bouquets were. I cannot wait to preserve them and have them with us forever!

to life. I could not have asked for better from my bouquet, to my bridesmaid's flowers, to the boutonniere's, to a very special arrangement on my grandmother's bible. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Dara!

irls flowers to the house we were getting ready at and then handled dropping off and setting up the gazebo flowers with the venue! I highly recommend!

flowers to multiple locations throughout the day and she created gorgeous bouquets and boutonnières as well as decor for our ceremony and reception at The Mill in Spring Lake. I do not have one negative thing to say about Dara. I couldn't be happier with our choice! Thank you for helping to give us the best day of our lives!

es along the way! She worked with our budget, and was extremely affordable. We would definitely recommend her to other brides!

biance I was picturing in my mind for my wedding. For the smaller budget I had she delivered a stunning, elegant, and romantic overall design that exceeded our expectations. She is very easy to work with and very intuitive and helpful. I was able to call her with thoughts and concerns and she advised me and worked with me, putting any concerns I had at ease any time I spoke with her. It is very nice to work with someone like Dara during your wedding planning as this can be a time of stress for any couple planning their own wedding! We are very pleased we found and chose Dara and would recommend her to any of our family or friends in the future! Thanks again!!!

verything from centerpieces to the bouquets to the huppah to the smaller details like mason jars along the aisle hanging from the ceremony chairs. We couldn't be happier!!

, but her work was just as good if not better than the others. We didn't look for much in terms of flowers; just bouquets of Gerber daisies, boutonnieres and a couple corsages and small bundles of sunflowers. Honestly, we were pretty much looking at the bare minimum of flowers, and simplistic ones at that, but Dara never made us feel like any job was too small. She was more than willing to work with us, and even gave us a few ideas that ultimately ended up in our final floral design. (For instance, we had rainbow bridesmaid bouquets, and instead of trying to dye and match indigo, she suggested subbing in bright magenta Gerberas instead. It was perfect!) She also helped give us a ton of centerpiece inspiration! We did not end up using her for centerpieces and instead DIY-ed them, but she does beautiful work and gave us plenty of inspiration and ideas. She also uses water holders for all the bouquets, so they stay fresh and healthy all night long, especially important with sometimes delicate flowers like Gerberas. They held on for days after the wedding and looked fantastic the night of! We were very happy with her work! She even tied matching ribbon around each bouquet to match the color and corresponding ribbon around each boutonniere. Her attention to detail really made it all come together. We also ended up using her for the cake flowers at almost the last minute. But for a super-reasonable price, she gave us extra flowers from the bouquets and she decorated the cake with them. It came out lovely and made our cake just perfect! Again, she was just so accommodating and made the whole process really easy.

t. She really understood what I wanted. I had a mix of low and high assortments which incorporated beautiful white pumpkins and gorgeous flowers. The flowers were so fresh. I highly recommend Dara.

rfectly with the teal and ocean blues in my color palette. She also created stunning bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages for the wedding party using flowers that were both beautiful and had special meaning to me. Simple floral arrangements adorned the ceremony space and really put the finishing touches on it!

was fall themed. I wanted bright colors and rustic. When meeting with Dara I brought her pictures from Pinterest and my budget (conservative)we went over flower options, she showed me her books and really took the time with us. I am a visual person and was not able to see a sample but I trusted my gut and was so happy when Dara brought me my bouquets that I almost started to cry, they were breathtaking and EVERYTHING I had visioned. It doesn't stop there, my centerpieces were simple and classy, the garland on the gazebo was just amazing and brought the ceremony together the boutonnieres and wrist corsages were stunning. Everyone at the wedding complimented all of her work and I am so happy beyond words with Dara's work. My now Hubby and I applaud her work and would recommend her to anyone for any occasion that is looking for a florist.

he had tons of photo albums with ideas and I brought pictures of things I liked. She asked me my budget and then later sent me a "vision board" type document with pictures of what we had talked about along with the breakdown of cost. I do not know much about flower types and costs so this was VERY helpful to be able to visualize what we had discussed. She did the outdoor ceremony space, bouquets, boutonnieres, center pieces, and table runners all within my price range. When I first saw the bouquets I was speechless. They were exactly what I had envisioned, but better. The flowers at the venue were amazing too and helped tie together my theme. Thank you so much for helping making our wedding day so beautiful!

as completely confident that she would deliver, but what she did on the day of was absolutely wonderful. From the bouquets to the extremely unique boutineers and the absolutely wonderful ceremony and table decorations it was a dream come true and absolutely everything I could have ever wanted.

and offered suggestions as well. She clearly knows her stuff, from look and feel of the flower arrangements to time lines needing to be kept, etc... Dara was quite lovely to work with and her pricing was more then reasonable. I would suggest any friend/family member to use Designs by Dara for any occasion that calls for flower arrangements!

gentle nature put me at ease. She made the whole process so simple for me. She had great suggestions and it felt like she was in my head, seeing just what I was envisioning. She was so good about working with my budget and had an estimate to me the next morning that was spot on. She was there bright and early setting up on the day of my wedding. I walked in to the venue and the centerpieces and my bouquet took my breath away. The flowers really are my favorite part of the whole day! I couldn't have asked for anything more! It was just beautiful!

ct from our bouquets to centerpieces!!! Thank you, Dara for your beautiful work!!! I highly recommend Dara for your wedding! Kelly & Dave Kraus
