I knew the flowers were not what I had ordered my bouquets, my center pieces, and my sweetheart table center piece were ALL wrong I told my venue they were not right she said she would call Karen. They called Karen and she refused to come back and fix anything so I ended up having NO sweetheart table decorations And because the centerpiece were wrong instead of enjoying my getting ready with my bridal party I had to pick apart my centerpieces to try and make them work. Came back from the honeymoon called Karen she was quick to get off the phone with me offered me a refund didn’t seem sorry at all. Don’t let her cheap prices win you over sadly comes with poor customers shop around guess you get what you pay for.......

idn’t really know much about flowers so it was a blessing she knew so much and could guide me... the price was unbeatable and she actually cared about helping me stay within my budget and not try to up-sale me at all ... on the wedding day when we got to the venue everything was set beautifully and even more gorgeous than I had imagined... she made it so easy ... I hit the jackpot when I chose Karen :)
