I just want to say how grateful I am for Sally and the rest of the Flowerama team. I made an appointment with another florist at a different shop for 5:15pm one evening in June (my wedding was in July), but that florist didn't show. My mother had come down from Fredericksburg that evening specifically for the appointment. So when the other florist didn't show (or bother to call me), I began calling every florist I could to try to have an immediate walk-in appt. I didn't want it to be a wasted trip for my mom. All the other florists were either closed or required an appt. Then I called Flowerama. I talked with Sally and she said a walk-in appt would be fine... however, they closed at 6pm and I was all the way in Mechanicsville (it was 5:20pm at this point). We didn't arrive to the shop until 6:10pm due to rush hour traffic, but Sally still welcomed me in and didn't rush me through our meeting. She was so incredibly helpful and brought my vision to life. I had a small, intimate wedding and only needed a bouquet, wristlet, pin on corsage, 2 boutonnieres, hair piece, and cake topper. Between customer service, communication, and the care/arrangement of our wedding flowers, Victoria and Sally went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was so beautiful and exceeded what I had imagined. I cannot thank them enough for helping to make our special day so perfect!

I am still in awe with the beautiful flowers that were provided for my special day. From my first consultation Mrs. Victoria showed us excellent customer service. We were able to special order our wedding flowers down to the color size and quantity. Design by Victoria made our special day beautiful and elegant. My bouquet and my husband boutonniere were stunning to include our wedding party. Our flowers were Blush color Callie Lilies which were special ordered. Mrs.Victoria arrangements were so beautiful. My wedding guests are still raving how beautiful our flowers were. Hands down 100% will use Design by Victoria again.

We are so incredibly thankful for Victoria and her team! Victoria went above and beyond what we asked for! Everyone at our wedding were complimenting the beautiful arrangements her and her team put together! She paid attention to every single detail including our the flowers on our wedding cake. It was absolutely perfect! We were so thrilled to see how our vision came together thanks to her! She was always ready to answer any questions or meet with me in person. The day of the wedding, her and her team arrived on time and made sure everything was handled with care. I always knew I wanted to donate my wedding flowers to nursing homes in the area. Victoria knew of a few and offered to send my flowers to those facilities. She arrive the day after the wedding and sent them off to the nursing homes. My husband and I were so thrilled! We can't thank her enough for all that she did for us! Thank you Victoria and the team at Flowerama! You guys are the best!

I met with three other florist before my consultation with Designs by Victoria Floral, but before the end of the consultation I knew that I wanted their service. Victoria was absolutely amazing! I showed her pictures of my flower ideas and she was able to recreate all of my ideas during the first consultation. She even gave me some of the flowers to take home. She was mindful of my budget and offered great affordable flower suggestions. She was so patient throughout the entire process! When I asked for a change in arrangements she was so accommodating. She made sure that my wedding flowers were everything I imagined! I would highly recommend Designs by Victoria Floral!

Designs by Victoria Floral did an incredible job with our wedding flowers; we can’t think of anyone who could have better captured our vision for the big day! From the first consultation, Victoria was able to offer helpful color and flower suggestions putting together the perfect floral combination. She also remained flexible and was always available to answer our questions or make any changes we needed. Needless to say, when it came to the day of, the execution on was amazing! Our tables looked beautiful with the garlands and centerpieces Victoria and her team created. Special attention was paid to the big pieces as well as the small specialty designs. All the bouquets were gorgeous, and the boutonnieres and special hair pieces were just as special and perfectly designed. They even helped transfer all the flowers and other decor items to our rain location when it started pouring down rain two hours before our ceremony! The flowers really set the scene and fit our vision perfectly! We cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Victoria and her team or how beautifully everything turned out!

We are overwhelmed with the EXCELLENT experience we received from Flowerama, Designs by Victoria Floral. The process with Victoria was simple, and smooth. She was able to bring our vision to life, and she thought of great ideas and designs to meet our budget. Honestly, we did not comprise a thing, and she fulfilled beyond our expectations. Victoria and her team communicates well, and is always friendly and sweet. She has truly been a big part of making our DREAM wedding come to life. Her flowers were fresh, and beautifully arranged to our specific style. Victoria is absolutely wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend her as your florist for any event, but especially for weddings! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! Victoria designed our bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces for our wedding this past August and we received numerous compliments from guests on all of the arrangements. Throughout the entire planning process, Victoria was creative, kind, patient, and organized. We sent Victoria a document containing details and pictures of our wedding flower visions and she happily embraced our ideas, embellished them to make them better, and produced flower products that were even better than what we had imagined (and very affordable as well). As the bride, I was so pleased with my bouquet and ecstatic to carry it on my wedding day! For the centerpieces, we took Victoria some supplies the week of the wedding and upon meeting, she showed us the flowers that were to be used for the bouquets/centerpieces to ensure I was happy before she prepared the arrangements. I was very impressed with her kindness and preparedness. For the most part, she was timely in responding to emails and most importantly, delivered the arrangements on time on the wedding day. I highly recommend Victoria as a florist and am so grateful for her efforts to help make our wedding day so special!

I met Victoria at the Richmond Bridal Expo and scheduled an appointment to meet with her a few weeks later. Not knowing anything about flowers all I had were pictures that I had found online that I came in with and Victoria was able to pinpoint the exact flowers and reasonable substitutes. Victoria went above and beyond helping me also find and get tall vases for my centerpieces as well. On the day of, my flowers were stunning and I received many compliments on them. The only drawback was on occasion she took a little long to get back to my emails but would respond right away after I sent a follow up email. The end result was absolutely worth it though.

I had a very positive experience with Flowerama and Victoria. I met her at the Bridal Expo and then in her shop twice before the wedding. She was very helpful and really seemed to get what I wanted, even when I changed my mind about the centerpieces halfway through! She decorated a wooden arch for us, did all of the bouquets, some floral arrangements with lanterns, and the groomsmen boutonnieres. Everything was really beautiful. The colors were very close if not spot on to what I had envisioned and I was happy with her work. To top it off, she was very affordable, much more so than many of the other florists in the area. I also did not have any trouble communicating with her about what I wanted, despite not knowing a whole lot about flowers. I brought in pictures of what I wanted and that did help quite a bit, but she knows her stuff and was really great.

Flowerama and Designs by Victoria was the best choice we could make for our flowers. Sharon designed beautiful yet simple arrangements exactly as we wanted. The centerpieces looked great and my bridesmaids loved their bouquets. I got lots of compliments on my bouquet, which fit my style and wedding theme perfectly. They were very helpful and met with us twice to go over all the details and really listened to what we wanted. Thank you for making our day more beautiful!!

Would not recommend this business, made a purchase for the day before Valentine's Day, they delivered it to the wrong place , I called them and they said they would deliver it the next day which was Valentine's Day, I said cool even better. Called the next day and they forgot to deliver it . Called again and they said they would resolve the issue , ended up never getting a call back . Had to call again to get cash return. No Bueno. Staff doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction.

We were so pleased with all of our flowers!!! They did our bouquets, bouts, centerpieces, altar arrangments, petals for the aisle and gorgeous flower for my hair! It was clear Victoria had a lot of passion for her work, and knew a lot about flowers. Myself knowing very little it was hard for us to communicate at first. Highly recommend knowing what types of flowers and bringing pictures to ease the conversation. The pricing was the most affordable, and the quality was great. There was some delay in working out the details, but in the end the flowers were everything we asked for and more!

Going into this, everyone told me some part of my flowers was going to be wrong. That it was just kind of something that happened to every bride. Well, I still had really high hopes. We were specific about what we wanted. Aside from the bouquets, we ordered a floral swag to go on top of an arch system. We even showed them a picture of one from a magazine. What we got was a garland, which is totally different and not at all worth what we paid for it. On the other hand, the bouquets were beautiful, even though some of the colors were off and they were a little smaller than I thought they'd be.

We are so pleased with the way our flowers turned out for our wedding! I absolutely loved each arrangement they did for my wedding! The people there are so nice and helpful! They even helped me out with last minute items, such as the toss bouquet!! I totally forgot to order one and two hours before the flowers were to arrive I remembered and called Victoria, she took care of everything it it was a beautiful toss bouquet! They definitely captured the look I was going for and understood the vision I had for my wedding!
