Design's the Limit created a tool set that we absolutely love and gave as a wedding gift. We're sure the couple we gave it to loves it as well! We put ourselves in a bit of a bind by waiting a little too long to submit our order, especially because we needed it shipped to Hong Kong, but Design's the Limit put a rush on it and it arrived two days before the big event. Absolutely perfect item for our blended family unity wine ceremony at our wedding in Napa/St Helena. We used 5 individual wine glasses with our favorite color of sand. Our young adult children loved being brought into the ceremony and our guests had never witnessed anything like it. Thank you so much!

I ordered etched whisky glasses and rocks for my groomsmen. I wasn't quite sure about one of their designs. I sent an email and asked if I could substitute a date for the "Groomsman" title. I received a response with an hour. Richard and Tatiana stayed in contact via email, worked with me to get my design right, and then nailed the etching. The glasses look amazing and the customer service was great.

These flutes turned out even better than the photos. The communication and proofs prior to shipping were greatly appreciated. Very fast shipping! I will definitely recommend this shop to others.

We were so excited to receive these gifts for our Groomsmen. We placed our order and paid quite a bit extra in order to have the items arrive on time. Only to our disappointment the items were not received. With a destination wedding and having to leave we went with nothing for our groomsmen. When I returned home from our wedding I contacted the shop to find the items were being returned to them. After then having to contact the shop again they stated they would return the items to us, with out mentioning that they would be charging us an additional $50 leaving me now at a total of almost $130 in shipping costs. JUST A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. WILL NOT BE USING THIS SHOP AGAIN!!

I just received this clock, and it is truly incredible! I purchased it for a wedding gift for my son and future daughter-in-law. EVERYTHING about it is SO beautiful; words can't do it justice! The clock itself is gorgeous, and so is (even!) the box & its interior. But the most amazing beauty is in Richard & Tatiana's work; their design and inscribing are so artful and perfect! Their pics don't do their work justice; the clock is FAR more beautiful than the pictures!!! They also were so wonderful to work with; Richard even called me and discussed every detail. They rushed my order for me, but certainly spared nothing in the quality, and I received it 11 days before I needed it! Richard & Tatiana, I can't thank you enough! You made a wonderful gift for me to give my loved ones. I know they'll treasure it always!
