. It started with her getting overheated, which is fine, they had two photographers there. We gave her some gatorade and set her in the air conditioning after the wedding. This is the same place we sat for an HOUR waiting for either herself, or the second photographer to take any shots. Mind you this is the cocktail hour when guest are hanging out after wedding and photos are usually taken. If neither photographer was going to take any photos why we just standing there waiting, we could of at least been up with our guests. I know it was hot this day, however the venue was at a hotel with lots of indoor areas and shaded area we could have utilized. She then decided it was necessary to pull the Bride & Groom and the entire wedding party out of the reception to try to make up for the photos she didn't take earlier. Who takes 25 main people out of the reception just as it is kicking off. I understand if you want the B&G for maybe 20 minutes for sunset pictures, but of course I didn't get anything like that either. It was a complete kill joy of when the party and fun was starting to kick off. We hired Deseree and her sister, explicitly stating that our main focus was portraits of the bride and groom, even providing specific inspiration photos. Ultimately, we received minimal pictures of the couple individually or together, completely missing our core request. I am being honest when I say there is not but maybe 1 photo I would even consider enlarging for my wall. But, she gave me 10 picture of a hanger???? Her shots choices were basic and not inspirational or pretty at all. NOTHING special. The technical quality, coloring, and composition of the final photos are poor at best. Major issues included severe quality failures, highly inconsistent lighting, and washed-out images. Skin tones and hair colors were completely distorted. In the initial delivery, people had purple hands (Barney Purple), the veil was purple, and everyone had black artifacts on their teeth that looked like braces. While she later edited out the most egregious errors, the photos remain deeply disappointing. She has flatly refused to turn over the RAW files so we can pay a separate professional to salvage anything, claiming these meet her "professional standards." Furthermore, she breached our contract and missed every single deadline. It took over three months of constant chasing just to get our files. Shockingly, when we raised these valid communication concerns, she went so far as to post my daughter’s private personal information (including her home address, phone number, and private photos) on a public forum to rally support for herself. A stranger actually had to reach out to alert us to this severe privacy breach. While she eventually issued a minimal $800 refund to avoid small claims court, no amount of money can replace our lost wedding memories. Please look elsewhere if you want a professional who respects your contract, your privacy, and your wedding day. I wish I could say more, but if this doesn't raise your concerns with this deeply honest review I don't know what would. Jacki F
