We wanted a less traditional wedding cake for our wedding taste and design wise and they delivered above and beyond our expectations! We had a brownie layer (I don't really cake bu...
t I love brownies) and lemon cake layer that were both so delicious! My husband doesn't like cake either so we had an apple pie as well and according to my husband it was the best apple pie he's ever had. I wanted some piped buttercream flowers in the wedding colors and it looked so elegant and beautiful! She really spent the time understanding what I was envisioning and and bringing it to fruition. The cake looked great and tasted even better. It was delivered in perfect condition to the venue on time, totally smooth and professional process. We had a great experience with Dessert First Home Bakery!
Extremely professional in every aspect.
Dessert First Home Bakery was our first and ONLY choice for our impromptu Covid-style wedding in July. Knowing Kate for years, we knew the amazing quality of her baked goods. Our w...
edding was very small and very last minute. We trusted Kate with basically everything. We wanted an Oreo/cookies and cream-type cake with fruit, and boy, did she deliver! Our cake was chocolate with Oreo buttercream icing and topped with fresh strawberries! In addition to our “small” cake, she made a dozen cupcakes topped with strawberries and Oreos! Everything about our cake and cupcakes were perfect, and Kate was so helpful working with us to make everything perfect in such a short time! I can’t recommend Kate and Dessert First Home Bakery enough!
