We purchased a dozen cupcakes (two flavors - chocolate strawberry and snickerdoodle) over the phone for our wedding. They were helpful with us initially canceling our order in October - we received a gift card for the value of the cupcakes that... did not expire - and we reordered for our new date in June. The person I spoke with over the phone was helpful and was as accommodating as possible since we didn't realize the shop was closed on Wednesdays. Pickup was easy and all of the cupcakes looked great. The cupcakes tasted great, too, although we definitely preferred the taste of the chocolate strawberry ones over snickerdoodle.
