Perfect delicious beautiful cake. amazingly reasonably priced and even though I had to plan my wedding from another state ended all of the communication via email everything is just as if I had done it in person, definitely recommend to brides in need of a wedding cake

My fiance and I have been long-time customers of this business, but sadly, we couldn't have had a worse experience here when shopping for our wedding cake. We scheduled a cake tasting and upon arrival, one of the employees took us upstairs for the tasting. The selections of cakes, icings, and frostings we picked were arranged nicely in a private room. The employee dropped us off in this room and left us alone for 15 minutes. We were not offered any instructions or suggestions, like most other bakeries provide. The employee came back in 15 minutes and asked us what we liked. She was unable to answer most of our questions; she told us she was new, so we understood. After being there for no more than 30 minutes, she brought us back downstairs and told us to head to the register, which was confusing to us. Every other bakery we have been to offers complimentary cake tastings for wedding cakes. We were shocked to find out that Desserts, etc. charges a $50 fee for their tastings. This fee was not on their website, they did not tell us about this fee when we called to set up the appointment, and no one mentioned it at the beginning of our tasting. If we had known about this significant tasting fee, we never would have made an appointment in the first place. When we reached out to management after our bad experience they said they were not sure why no one told us of the fee, but they would apply $25 of it to our wedding cake if we decided to order from them, not the full fee. In summary, their desserts were good, but be prepared to pay an unexpected $50 fee for a tasting; the experience and customer service we received at this place really turned us away and we will definitely be shopping elsewhere for our wedding cake.

We decided we wanted to do a small cake and then cupcakes for our wedding. And it was the best decision ever! All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious they were and how they kept going up for more!

We decided for our wedding to have a small 6" wedding cake and then whoopie pies(another vendor) for our guests. We made an appointment with Desserts Etc to do a taste testing. We loved that we were able to try varieties of different fillings and cake flavors. There was so much that was provided that we didn't even get to eat everything. We chose a picture of a cake we saw on pinterest and Jenn made it look identical to what we wanted. We requested roses on top and everything looked beautiful! The cake was just as good as it looked! I highly recommend going through this vendor for a specialty wedding cake! They were so easy to work with and also accommodated our gluten free guests with gluten free cupcakes. The price for everything was affordable/reasonable!
