her different flavors in the comfort of our home. We had a naked cake that was vanilla with plain vanilla buttercream icing and it was absolutely delicious! I couldn’t have asked for a better cake or a better baker! I even got to meet her in person briefly on the day of our wedding and I could just tell she was a wonderful human 🥰🥰 We were able to get each of our guests a piece and save our top tier with the cake size we chose. I highly recommend Destin Cakes if your looking for a great price point and a wonderful experience. Not to mention, just look how beautiful this cake is!
We had the best experience with Sara at Destin Cakes. We did a destination wedding in Florida and she was amazing to work with. We were able to do our cake tasting from the Midwest...
where she sent us out six flavors. We then bought a second tasting box for my husband’s 30th birthday. All the flavors were amazing and we had the hardest time choosing a flavor for our wedding cake. All of our guests stopped us to compliment the cake. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

Sara starts with a zoom video call and actively listens to your ideas to help you create the perfect pastry for your event. You can also taste test 5 flavors in your own home, which was such a nice perk. The price point is perfect for whatever your needs are, and Sara is so sweet and quick to respond if you have any questions. She made setting up the cake on our big day a breeze. I have had the privilege to order some custom cakes and not only is the cake extremely aesthetically pleasing, but also SO FREAKING GOOD! Talk about the perfect balance between fluffy, flavor, and decadent... Also, don't tell me I didn't warn you, ADDICTING!
We had a friend's birthday and I ordered a 90s themed multi-layer cake. I chat with the owner and she is incredibly easy to work with! She made the vision come to life, and made it BETTER! I really appreciated her knowledge, clear communication, adaptability, and talent bcs she honestly popped off! I can tell she puts her heart into her work, because the details were so intricate. I also wanted two flavors and we chose Limoncello and Caramel Macchiato. Thinking about it makes me drool lol. I've added pics of the cake!
I highly recommend Destin Cakes for everything! Bridal showers, weddings, retirements, anniversaries, birthdays!

process of designing, ordering and delivery, the delectable two-layer cake was exceptional. Moist and flavorful, bottom layer Dulce de leches, and the top layer, limoncello, were a perfect combination. Thank you for supporting our military and all that you do.

nd requests. They were also incredibly punctual, delivering our gorgeous wedding cake right on time. The flavors were amazing, and the presentation was beautiful, with the colors matching exactly what we had envisioned. Destin Cakes really went above and beyond, setting up the cake display beautifully and ensuring it looked perfect for our special day. We couldn't have been happier with their service and the final product. Highly recommend Destin Cakes for any couple planning their wedding!
My husband and I absolutely LOVED our cake!!! We took two bites while taking our photos and were immensely amazed. It was so good. We definitely should have gotten a bigger cake be...
cause there was NONE left at the end of the night. Him and I only got to enjoy those two bites. He is not a cake fan, so for him to go for a second bite says a lot. He was upset there wasn't a piece left for us to share when we went to the room. So much for thinking no one would want chocolate banana cake. The next big rave was the vegan cupcakes. We had several vegans at the wedding, and they couldn't believe how moist and delicious they were. Hands down best vegan cupcakes ever. There was nothing left. Everything we had from Chef Sara Lee was demolished. Cupcakes - great, cake even better. We couldn't have chosen a better bakery. This says a lot without having a cake tasting, I'm glad everything turned out so good. We live in Texas, and our wedding was in Florida, so there was no opportunity for a taste test. Everything was handled by email or video consultation. It was so hard trying to decide on the cupcake flavors because she has so many good ones. Every flavor description sounds so delicious. Our wedding cake was not one of her listed flavors, but she had no problem completing the task at hand. Based on my pinterest interests, she was able to make suggestions and help me decide the final product. I also like that Sara was fully on board with the little cake I wanted. One of the raves for 2024 cake ideas is small vintage cakes. Sara gave us everything we wanted. I can't thank her enough for EVERYTHING. She was one of the BEST decisions we made for our big day.
Wonderful! Cake was beautiful and delicious! I would definitely recommend! So glad I found this vendor and would definitely use again for any occasion!

Apple Maple, along with Cookies and Cream cupcakes (my cat's name is Oreo so this was a nod to him). Sara delivered the cakes on-site and put together such a beautiful display for us. The grooms cake was a rich dark chocolate cake with a wonderfully creamy frosting and decorated hockey 🏒 style for the groom. He absolutely loved it.
And the bride's/wedding cake was an absolute show stopper. It was a wonderful combination of several differently flavored layers each complimenting the other. With it's raw edges and creamy buttery frosting topped layers, everyone loved being able to see their favorite and select which piece they enjoyed at the wedding. The fresh and sugary sweet hand made flowers and garlands to cover the top of each layer drew everyone to it right away.
