She made us feel valued and as if no question was too small and made the entire experience seamless. Sherri is very well-connected with many vendors and venues throughout the area and is clearly well-respected. She has an incredible eye for detail and we were blown away by her support, calm demeanor and pure talent to think ten steps ahead of any problems that may arise. Its amazing to sit back after the wedding is all over and realize how much work she put in behind the scenes to make sure our day went perfectly! Sherri with Destin to Wed is the best planner you can hire. She has a very sweet and calm personality which really helps when you are a stressed out bride! Her attention to detail and e-mail response time are impeccable. I worked with Sherri for almost a year planning my wedding and she was so responsive with even the smallest questions. Sherri is also very knowledgeable of the Destin area and had many great recommendations on other vendors as well as general questions on the area (restaurants, hotels, etc.). Sherri and her team were absolutely amazing from day one! We made quite a few changes throughout the whole wedding planning process and Sherri handled them flawlessly. We were able to meet with all our vendors on the same day which was so convenient because we were traveling from out of the area. There’s so many little details that you forget as a bride but Sherri never missed a thing. The day of the wedding was an absolute breeze. As a bride, you just want to be able to focus on you, your girls and enjoy each moment, which I was 100% able to do all thanks to Sherri and her assistants. I received multiple compliments from my vendors telling me how organized, prompt, and how flawless her timeline for the wedding day was. They said it made their jobs and the process so much easier for them and they could tell she was very experienced. I cannot thank Sherri and her team enough for all the work they did to make my big day so perfect!!

I cannot rave enough about Sherri. She was a God-send in so many ways. My husband, family, and even wedding guests continue to sing her praises. Comments I consistently heard from others during and after my wedding weekend included: "Wow, can I fly her up north for my wedding?!" "Who was your wedding planner? She was incredible!" "Oh, thank God Sherri is here!!! Everything will be better now!" "That woman is fantastic at her job." "Can we please be friends with her? I actually really want to be friends with her." "Gosh, she is incredible." and so many more! Sherri knows the area and all of the vendors so well and is so well-connected. It made our experience seamless. She is incredibly gifted at being able to sniff out hiccups before they become hiccups. She does a lot of work behind the scenes (which we found out a lot about later!) and knows what is necessary to keep you in the loop about and what is unnecessary stress. She has an ability to read people very well and can adapt her approach based on that information. She is professional yet feels like your best friend. She is your cheerleader and your biggest supporter. You truly feel like you have a VIP MVP with her on your team. As bride who had COVID hit right in the middle of wedding planning, I still felt like everything would be okay with Sherri on my team (even if she felt just as lost on her end!). Her day-of timeline is incredibly thorough and she DOES. NOT. MISS. DETAILS. I, myself, am a very detail-oriented person, and I was blown away at Sherri's calming demeanor, attention to detail, and fierce support. She is also very well able to tastefully handle sensitive situations involving family members, finances, etc. I remember just a month prior to my wedding, the stress with COVID, wedding planning, family, etc. was at its breaking point. I called Sherri late that night in tears, and she answered right away. She was able to calm me down almost immediately, and I had never felt as much relief as I did in that moment right after hanging up. Her genuine priority is to be there for her brides when they need her. To make matters even better, we used her husband as our videographer. We have already wanted that video about 100 times. It is stunningly beautiful! My husband and I could not want to be friends with a couple more than we do Sherri and Michael. I wish I could have Sherri manage all events in my life! And have Michael to document them! You will never be disappointed with Sherri. I can promise you that! :) She is the one to book.

It was such a pleasure working with Sherri- she’s very professional and thorough. We had nothing to worry about on the wedding day, and we were able to enjoy the festivities, because of her exceptional organizational skills. She has an exceptional rapport with the other vendors which certainly provided for a seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Sherri was simply amazing! I had a Destin beach wedding, and I live in the Midwest, so everything had to be done remotely. Sherri is exceptionally organized had every little detail covered from the beginning of our planning all the way to the ceremony and reception. Sherri was patient and flexible throughout the entire process, and an absolute joy to work with!

Sherri is amazing! She literally saved the day. We booked an all inclusive venue that we in the end did not like, Sherri was our day of coordinator. We had one of those weddings where nothing was going according to plan from start to finish, Sherri is so good at what she does, that she made the day turn out really good despite all the issues with the venue and the hiccups that kept coming in. If I had to do it all over again, I would have just hired Sherri to start!

Every tiny detail was managed perfectly. My planning process over the year leading up to the wedding was 100% stress free. Sherri was absolutely amazing to work with leading up to and on my big day. We booked Sherri for 2 months out and also booked her husband as our photographer. They were an excellent team and I can't imagine my day going as smooth as it did without them! Sherri was amazing with the little details like setting up our specialty drink signs, bustling my dress after pictures and having food and wedding cake in our honeymoon suite at the end of the night for us, just to name a few. Sherri was great to work with!! She made everything flow incredibly smoothly and helped me keep at all straight seamlessly - both leading up to our wedding and day of. She was incredibly helpful and insightful, which took a lot of the stress of planning and making sure everything was done easy. She was a pleasure to work with in person too. Quality of service - She was attentive to all of our needs, even those we had not thought of ourselves; she is prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable of the vendors in the area and all that goes into making a wedding wonderful. Working with Sherri was a total delight. She's incredibly responsive via email, text, and phone. She comes to all meetings, and discussions prepared with questions, and suggestions as to how to make your wedding day truly special. Day of, I didn't worry about a thing....Sherri had a timeline that was detailed to the minute, so that all vendors, family and friends knew where to be and what to do. I wasn't bothered with a single logistical question! Sherri is a true professional, who brings a calm demeanor to the planning process. Sherri also has a great reputation among other wedding vendors in the Destin area...the fact that she had worked with them all before made communication seamless. We got in contact with Sherri through the Henderson Park Inn / Henderson Park Resort and from the start we knew that she knows what she talks about! In our case she has great experience with our property (Henderson Park Inn / Resort) and knows the ins and outs and what to watch out for. Additionally she has a great relationship with Kathryn (event manager from Henderson Park) which makes everything so much easier. And her husband was our photographer and again that makes it all so much more smooth. We had the 2 months package which was great for us, we liked to organize our own vendors so we felt we didn't need the full package but Sherri went above and beyond and gave us several tips even before the two months (although we tried to respect 2 months of course). Our initial meeting was however before the 2 months so she was flexible in already meeting us when we where in Destin (we live in Memphis) five months before the wedding date. The day itself went very smooth and she was even able to make small problems disappear so that we didn't even know they were there on the day itself, and that's a big deal :-). Overall we would say that Sherri is very accessable and approachable and is great in communication. We loved working with her!
