did everything. As a Bride traveling from Missouri that works night shifts this was a dream! My husband and I flew down in April and set everything up with Susan and Billy for our October wedding. It was awesome! To say I was nervous before we met them was an understatement. I had no idea how everything was going to flow, but after the one day of meeting with them and them discussing our day my nerves were gone. We were done dealing with wedding issues until we arrived for our wedding. This was the easiest way to plan and execute a wedding ever! I didn’t have to deal with how/when the flowers were arriving, how the music was going to be set up, or anything to do with the caterers. They handled it ALL! Along with all these good things there are always small things that happened that of course only a bride notices, but it was things that mattered to me. While sitting at the reception I noticed that we were missing a table. We knew our space was small and tables would have to be broken down for dancing, but one table never was set up for guests. I just felt awful for my guests that were squeezed together while some were standing. Another piece that upset me was that my coordinator brought her daughter to help her out. While this didn’t bother me at all, my guests felt that she wasn’t helping out and was rude when asked to move for family members. I feel that every other review I have read stated that their coordinator stepped in and took charge, and I just felt mine did not. My photographer and my mom stepped in to make sure things continued to go smoothly for the ceremony. Also, while accidents happen my personalized toasting glass was broken before the reception even started, no this isn’t a major thing, but I’m a sentimental person and this meant a lot to me. We did have issues with the neighbor hood allowing our DJ to set up speakers, Billy and Susan came right over and handled the situation- I wasn’t worried about it I knew it would be handled. Our DJ, Shane, was awesome. He did whatever it took to make sure we had music going. He carried his speakers up and down all the sets in our house multiple times all so it would go perfect for me! Our photographer Sandi was the absolute BEST!! I cannot express how thankful I am to have had her team on my wedding day. She made sure everything I wanted happened. She felt like a member of my family that day. No matter how silly or small something was, she took it seriously and made sure she did her best to make it happen. When it was time for the wedding to start and I could hear all sorts of voices in the house and was super upset that people were not seated and ready to go, she took over and found out what was going on for me. She knew my main goal was to keep our timeline and she did all she could to make sure that happened. Howard with Our Greenhouse did an AMAZING job on my flowers. They were all I could have ever asked for and more! He had all the colors of coral that I wanted along with succulents and thistle berries. Our minister Shane was awesome as well. It was hard for me to not know the minister. Shane made it feel like we weren’t just meeting him for the first time. With all the good and the little bad I wouldn’t want any other company.

ng all alone, so I did some research and found DWC and decided to give it a shot! Let me just say, I was NOT disappointed!!! We went down for a whole day and met with our wedding coordinator (Randa) and picked out essentially everything for the wedding. I am a bit of control, OCD, type A personality so it was so difficult to put something so meaningful into someone else hands, but I did it! I knew I wanted to spend my wedding day with my girls drinking mimosas and getting all dolled up, and that's exactly what I did! I never lifted a finger - and it was fabulous! DWC is on the ball, they were great with getting everything planned, setting up, tearing down, dealing with everything that pops up along the way. Susan and Bill are probably the sweetest people ever and were really attentive during this whole 1.5 year long process. Calmed my fears about the weather too (two weeks away from the wedding, Type A personality like I said haha). Now let me talk a little about my wedding coordinator Randa. I'm not sure I could have survived the weekend, or heck the whole wedding process, without her. My dad is a retired Army Colonial, so he's very schedule, time specific oriented and even he was super impressed with DWC and Randa - which is huge!!!!! She had everything down to a T the day before and day of the wedding. She took charge and got things done, and had such a wonderful attitude the whole time! She took control of things that went wrong with other vendors and even had a drink in my husband and my hand before we even entered the reception!!! She was attentive to us the whole night, while still running around and doing everything else. In short, hire these guys- you won't be disappointed!!
