Unfortunately, I had an AWFUL experience with Alison from beginning to end. Here are a few of many examples: 1) She claims to solve problems on your wedding day (even going so far...

as to say you won’t know problems occurred) and yet first thing the morning of my wedding, Alison interrupted my joyful getting ready experience to tell me the venue hadn't mowed the ceremony lawn and that she wouldn't get them to because "the chairs have already been set up". Thankfully, a different vendor insisted the lawn be mowed and simply moved the chairs out of the way herself. 2) As I was walking down the aisle, Alison unexpectedly walked right up behind me, picked up my train, and carried it much of the way. I still have no idea why she did this, but it ruined a very special moment I had looked forward to my whole life as well as all the accompanying photos and videos. 3) After I meticulously planned and communicated our reception layout (via diagrams, photos, phone calls, and in-person), Alison completely ignored me and did whatever she wanted instead. Despite my protests, she put the cake table in a different spot (and didn't bring our cake out until after the reception started, even though she explicitly agreed to bring it out before guests arrived), she insisted on switching the location of our bar and lounge area (creating a bad flow for the night that still really bothers me), and she failed to follow our very simple seating chart (she put the place cards for my family members in the completely wrong places, which I then had to fix myself after my family walked into the reception tent and my dad realized he would have his back towards everyone the entire night, including during his speech). I could go on and on with the countless things that Alison flat-out ruined on our wedding day. Moreover, Alison claims to be a "full-service" wedding planner and says she'll do anything you need, which couldn't be further from the truth. She doesn’t have an organized process that she works through with her couples to make sure everything gets done at the right time leading up to their wedding day. Instead, the bride and groom have to plan out and initiate every step, then Alison will help out when and where she wants to (which often just means making vendor recommendations). This forced me to figure out, plan, and execute every single detail myself, which was incredibly stressful and time-consuming. A few examples: 1) When I emailed or called her for help, she frequently told me she was "helping my 2024 brides" (my wedding was in 2025) and didn't have time for me. It didn't matter how close my wedding got, it somehow was never "my time”. 2) She made it harder to work with other vendors by giving me misinformation and often telling me my other vendors wouldn't do something they agreed to when I asked them myself. 3) She even went so far as to make fun of me to other vendors, saying things like "she has more vendors than guests attending her wedding". I can't imagine a more unprofessional, disappointing, and upsetting person (with terrible judgment) to work with on one of the most important days of my life.

king our day perfect. Every question we had was answered quickly and thoughtfully, and her professionalism and local knowledge made the entire planning experience feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how attentive and supportive she was throughout the whole journey. She truly listened to what we wanted and turned our ideas into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly thanks to her careful planning and calm presence. If you’re looking for someone who is helpful, professional, and truly cares about making your day special, I cannot recommend Ally enough. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and would absolutely work with her again!

Alison Kyle was absolutely incredible — I cannot recommend her enough. From the start, she made us feel completely supported and at ease. I was very nervous about public speaking, ...

and although we planned to say our own vows, the day of the wedding my nerves got the best of me. Alison seamlessly rerouted the ceremony and created beautiful vows for us to repeat on the spot. It was calm, reassuring, and exactly what I needed. We also have very religious families from different faiths, and Alison handled this with so much grace. She crafted a ceremony that honored religion in a non-denominational, respectful way that felt inclusive and meaningful to everyone. A true professional and a joy to work with — 5/5 all around. I can not recommend her enough! - The Strongs

ust plan our wedding—she cared for us through every single step. Every detail, every decision, every little thing I didn’t even know I needed… she was already on it. She is unbelievably thorough, the kind of person who notices things before you even think to mention them. She held our hand through the entire process with so much patience, kindness, and heart. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, she grounded me. Whenever I felt unsure, she had an answer. Whenever I had a wild idea, she found a way to make it happen beautifully. Thanks to her, we had the wedding of our absolute dreams—truly better than we imagined. She poured so much love and dedication into our day, and it showed in every single detail. We are forever grateful for her, her talent, and her heart. If you want a wedding planner who will treat your day like it’s her own, she’s the one.

Alison was a delight to work with! From start to finish, she was professional, organized, and attentive. Our daughter's wedding surpassed every one of our expectations, and that is...

a testament to Alison, her incredible work ethic, and her attention to every detail - both big and small. At every turn, she had us covered, and her joyful spirit made every bit of wedding planning so much fun! We were amazed at Alison's ability to lead and guide, while always listening and working to capture the vision our daughter and son-in-law had for their wedding day. With Alison by our side, we did not simply have "a wedding", instead she gave our daughter and son-in-law a day they will never forget that captured every element of what they envisioned. It was perfect! She kept us on time and made sure we were where we needed to be when we needed to be there - always with a smile on her face. And because of Alison's excellent organizational skills and attention to every detail, we were able to sit back and enjoy the entire day knowing that she was behind the scenes working and keeping everyone and everything on schedule. What a gift that was! The only thing I'd wish for is that we had more daughters so we could use Alison again and again - she is that good, hands down!

she took the reigns. She kept us calm throughout the process and was instrumental in making the wedding day magic from the Ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the main event and after party. The day was perfect and will miss our many emails, texts and calls with Alison. I would highly recommend Alison as the wedding planner for any WY event.

00% take the reins on the wedding day so I wasn't worried about a thing. As this was a destination for us, Alison's local relationships helped us greatly as she worked seamlessly with everyone to make sure people knew where to go, what to do, and what the vision for the day was. On the day, I'm sure there were questions and last minute details but between Alison, my MOH, and my vendor team - I only saw + heard the good. It's also important to note attitude, Alison is hands down on of the most positive, kind, and upbeat people I've ever met which completely energized everyone around us. If you're considering a wedding planner in Jackson, look no further than Alison who wasn't just a vendor - she became a friend.

I cannot express enough how amazing our experience was with Alison! From start to finish, she brought our vision to life in the most seamless and beautiful way possible. From our ...

very first conversations, Alison took the time to truly understand what we wanted and worked with us to make our dream wedding a reality. What we loved most about working with Alison was her ability to be fully supportive while maintaining a relaxed, calm demeanor. She guided us through every decision without ever making us feel pressured, which was exactly what we needed during the planning process. I cannot express how helpful it was to have someone that can support you in this way, especially when you are a bride, like me, from a different state that has not seen the venue or met any of the vendors prior to the wedding day. On the wedding day, there’s always that chance of feeling rushed or worried about being behind schedule—but Alison made sure that never happened. She kept us on track without ever making us feel like we were in a rush. She convinced me to let go of the reins and trust her to handle the details, and I am so glad I did. It allowed me to truly be present and enjoy every moment, knowing that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. Looking back, if I could do it all over again, hiring Alison would be the first thing I’d do. Her expertise, calming presence, and dedication to making our day perfect were beyond worth it.

so coordinated every last detail perfectly. She is so warm, thoughtful, professional, and really helped keep this (somewhat) anxious bride calm and happy throughout the long planning process. She was always super responsive and made a point of checking in with us both in the months leading up to the big day, as well as making sure we had everything we needed (and more) the day of. My husband and I really enjoyed working her her and are so thankful for her making our wedding truly one of the best days of our lives. If you get the chance to work with Alison, do it. She is amazing.

We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding planner. She made our dream day come true!

porting you every step of the way. She is so well connected, and knows exactly the right vendors to work with to make sure your day is perfect. She values her vendor relationships in the valley, and it's clear she is beloved by all. She is SO CALM and her energy is everything you need while planning a wedding. She is a warm, positive light that grounds you. That being said, she can take charge like no one I've ever seen. Our wedding and reception was perfect - down to every small detail. Her organization and attention to detail was invaluable during the entire process. So many of our guests commented about how incredible our wedding planner was. She is there the moment you need her, but blends into the background at the very same time. WE LOVE HER!!!!!!!!!!

am confident that my wedding wouldn't have been anywhere near as seamless as it was without her. When I say that she executed FLAWLESSLY, I do not exaggerate. She did not miss a BEAT. She knows what she's doing!! Alison understood my vision, took it and brought it to LIFE. She was the point person for the day of my wedding -- she made sure that guests and vendors came to her with questions and that nobody came to me. She took SO much weight off of my shoulders and made sure that I didn't worry about a thing. Not to mention, ALL of my guests are still talking about how amazing she was. Alison is the super woman you want on your team. She is the calm that you need on your wedding day, so kind and helpful, and like I said - knows what she is doing!!

them, because they were the absolute dream team at our wedding. She has the best experience and personality for a bride that has no idea what she should be doing throughout the planning process. The day of our wedding she was everywhere all at once, and communicated so well with the venue, vendors, the bridal party, etc. All of our bridesmaids and groomsmen started chanting "MVP" to her as she told us exactly where we needed to be and when during the ceremony and before/after. Our wedding would not have been as incredible as it was without her!

e has many close connections in the area. What I love the most is she let me do as little or as much as I wanted. I was definitely a type A bride, but she was always looped in all of my plans I did myself. We had several meetings over the phone and one a few days before which led to the most perfect day!! Everything went so smoothly, and I didn't have to do a thing but enjoy our special day.

Alison was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her communication throughout the whole planning was great. The vendor suggestions were perfect (photographer, DJ, florist, etc...

) and we truly enjoyed working with everyone. On our wedding day; everything went smoothly and we had zero concerns about anything. Alison really made the day perfect for my wife and I. If you are planning on getting married in Jackson, I would 100% use Alison. Thank you again!

Where do I even start? Alison Kyle is the best of the best. She was the planner for our Jackson Hole destination wedding and everything was perfect and way beyond our expectations....

We love her so much and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding, and all other wedding events, seamless, beautiful, perfect and magical (we had 4 wedding events total and each and every one was a fairytale... truly!). Alison is a wonderful planner, and also a wonderful person - we look forward to visiting her next time we are in Jackson Hole. Alison oversaw and handled everything at our wedding and other events so my husband and I wouldn't have to worry or stress. She did a spectacular job and was always looking out for us and taking care of us. We could tell she really cared and put her heart into everything she did. She made an effort with all our family members and made everyone feel welcomed and excited for our big day. She was on top of everything, and so organized and professional. We appreciate her warmth and kindness. For instance, during the wedding, Alison put together a platter of all appetizers/passed hors d'oeuvres for just the bride and groom to make sure we got to try everything and had a moment to sit, eat and enjoy, during such a busy time. She always had our backs and we knew we could count on her to make sure everything went smoothly and beautifully. During the wedding we didn't stress for even a second and were relaxed and on cloud 9 the whole time. Alison, thank you for helping us plan and execute the wedding of our dreams. The wedding was not only a dream come true, but also better than anything we could have ever dreamed of. I wish we could hit rewind and do it all over again :) Thank you Alison for being THE BEST planner!!!

My wife and I had Alison to help plan our wedding and it was the perfect match. Right from the initial consultation she made us feel important while also making us feel comfortable...

knowing she had worked with several of our vendors in the past. Our planning was smooth as can be and our wedding night was truly one to remember. She even left the reception to buy more vodka for our open bar when we were running low to make sure our guests kept having fun. That small act alone shows just how invested she is in the couples she works with! While we don’t plan on working with her again (we’re only getting married once!), we very much look forward to seeing her again when we are in town. Thanks again Alison!
