Alexis was really EVERYWHERE, orchestrating vendors, managing the timeline, and ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. She reassured me many times throughout the day when I was feeling nervous or unsure. She completely had a handle on everything and handled anything on the fly. There were moments when I last minute decided to make a change in the timeline and she completely handled it with grace and wasn’t even worried about it. Because of her, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our wedding day knowing that every detail was being handled with precision and care. Together, Kayla and Alexis are an unparalleled team. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine desire to create a perfect day for their clients are truly remarkable. hen our initial catering company, who we hired very early on and were so excited to work with, stopped communicating with our wedding venue and Kyla at Detailed Dreams THREE weeks before our wedding. Kyla saw the red flags and was worried that there would be some serious issues on our wedding day. Before even calling me to tell me that the catering owner ghosted her for a venue walk through, she had already contacted another catering company with similar food that we had picked out, a similar budget, and found that they were in fact willing and available to cater our wedding. When she relayed to me what happened and what she was thinking, while I was stressed out, she made me feel so calm and I knew everything would work out (which it did!). Kyla ensured that we had a tasting with the new catering company and booked them in record time, as well as helped us part ways with the previous catering company in a professional manner. Kyla’s proactive approach to any hiccups we had while wedding planning made this already stressful and tiring (but of course, wonderful) process so smooth. From the very beginning of my wedding planning journey, I knew I needed help with the creative side of the wedding, like selecting aesthetically pleasing decor, flowers, etc. Kyla helped my husband and I tons, by starting off with a detailed questionnaire, and creating a vision board from what we selected. Kyla then made that vision come to life by working and communicating with all our vendors, even when my husband and I changed our minds about a few different initial details. Kyla was also extremely communicative, answering all my questions in a timely manner. There were a handful of times where I texted her with a question and she answered right away, taking any worries or concerns away! Kyla was also super helpful the day of the wedding. My husband and I got married at a Catholic Church, and she came to the church at the end of the ceremony to make sure we took photos at the church in a timely manner and were able to get to the reception site on time. She helped the photographer with all our family photos and making sure we took photos with all of our loved ones. I felt like she went above and beyond by making sure the wedding venue (reception site) was set up and ready for us, and also traveling to the church to make sure things were going according to plan.
