Devon is the BEST wedding coordinator I could have asked for. She is so organized and kept us on track each month leading up to the big day with all the details we didn't even know we needed to worry about. I gave some inspiration photos and Pinterest boards and she steered me in the right direction. The decor at the reception was absolutely stunning, and Devon has a crazy amount of cute decorations for rent- I ended up using dozens of her tea lights and signs. Devon seems to know everyone in town (and they know her too!) and has amazing connections with any vendor you can think of.
Devon made my October 2024 wedding day PERFECT and handled every crazy scenario that came our way. The stickers I made for the welcome sign mirrors ended up falling off the day before, but Devon created beautiful designs on her chalkboards that night and brought them with her on the day of. When the bow on the back of my dress literally fell off at the reception, she pulled me aside to safety pin it back on! She is the fairy godmother every bride needs!!!!

She truly cares about making your special day unforgettable.
I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Devon on a few of her larger weddings, and I’ve always been impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle any challenge that comes her way. She’s a fantastic boss and a great person to work with.

Devon at Detailed Event Visions did an excellent job with our June Wilmington wedding. She was very valuable in providing advice about vendors, decorations, planning and timelines. She worked with us along the way with the planning process to help us narrow down all the details to make sure the day-of went smoothly. Devon was my wedding planner for my Sept 2023 wedding and she was more than fit for the job. As a bride not familiar with the wedding industry, she helps you navigate through the planning process on how you envision your special day to go - including the details I wouldn't have thought of myself (leave it to the professional!) On top of that, she saved the wedding night! In the chaos of everything, I forgot to drop off my sparklers for the "sparkler exit" at the venue prior to the wedding. I didn't even realize I forgot them until it was time to go outside for the exit. Turns out, Devon had it covered and had an extra case of sparklers ready to use in the moment. I was stunned how she went above and beyond! We also utilized some of her rentals, that checked off two areas on our to-do list with one vendor! Book with DEV- she takes her title seriously and will make sure your special event goes smoothly.
