Hailey is hands-down the best coordinator in the business and we would recommend her to anyone in need of an event planner. Not to sound dramatic, but we literally would not have had a wedding without Hailey. I was one of those Brides that thought she could do everything herself, especially given we chose a venue that provided most everything onsite (food, tables, chairs, linens, wait staff, etc.). How hard could it really be? 3 months before our big day, my father had a massive heart attack. Needless to say, my wedding planning and preparation came to an abrupt halt and the 3 months leading up to our wedding day were spent in hospital waiting rooms, rehab facilities, and helping my dad recover. And while I was more than grateful and happy to do this for my dad, I did nothing for the wedding. This is when Hailey stepped in and completely saved the day. Hailey finalized all vendors, coordinated all the final details with the venue, and ran a completely flawless weekend for us at the drop of a hat. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and we could not be more grateful for her professionalism and expertise. She is able to take control of any situation in a professional manner and does whatever it takes to get the job done. She made us feel at ease about the entire wedding and the weight she took off our shoulders feels like nothing we could ever repay. Hailey at Detailed Touch Events is the best wedding planner ever! She planned our 250-guest black-tie outdoor wedding to go off flawlessly. The wedding size and scope admittedly grew over time from a medium to a large wedding with many, many detailed aspects (personalized papergoods design, tons of floral, a gorgeous airy draped tent never been done before, food and desert stations some of which we designed ourselves, a sparkler send off) and Hailey just made it all work with a smile on her face. Plus she has such an amazing personal style that she loves and understands high-end quality product. Detailed Touch Events did our entire rehearsal dinner and we can't say enough great things! As the groom, I was in charge of the Rehearsal Dinner aspect of our wedding weekend, and working with Hailey was the best decision ever. We initially had thought we could plan a 4-hour rehearsal dinner with food, speeches, videography, and tons of decor for 100 guests on our own. We quickly realized the amount of work required, reached out to Hailey with three months left, and she stepped in to save the day and seemingly effortlessly executed every detail proactively, thoughtfully, and with such a stylish flair. I knew we were in good hands. Hailey really does have a great eye for creating various "memories" for the guests from the moment they walked into the venue to the moment they left. Whether it be the completely coordinated rustic-chic decor... to a huge personalized DIY photo-booth area... to an amazingly sweet surprise groom's cake... to the speech line-up...and down to the cutlery wrapped in twine, no detail was spared!
