We are detail-orientated individuals who bring years of event planning and day-of coordination to the table. With this knowledge, your wedding is in capable hands.
We offer a few different wedding packages to choose from at Details by Design Co. If you've already got most of your wedding plans in place then Opal (Day-of Coordination) is a great choice for you. If you want day-of coordination plus an extra hand in designing your big day, Pearl (Partial Planning Plus) is the way to go. These options are ideal for those who just need that extra bit of support in the build-up to their celebrations. Alternatively, if you want support from start to finish, Diamond (full planning and coordination) is the most comprehensive package. Here, you can be guided throughout the whole process ensuring that no fine detail is overlooked.
We would love to be a part of your special day!

Maria and Noah were such a joy to work with at every step of the way, from planning our wedding to day of! We were planning our wedding from out of state, and Maria and Noah were s...
uper flexible and accommodating with meeting over Zoom, looking into vendors, and otherwise making what could've been a stressful experience much smoother. We had a number of elements of our wedding that were somewhat unusual (e.g. our friend running the music for the dancing part of the reception), and Maria offered great advice on how to make those things work and things to look out for. Day-of was handled by Noah, and they made sure everything ran flawlessly. They handled curveballs like my spouse and I wanting to end dancing a little early super smoothly, and we had to make zero decisions on anything day-of! Also my spouse and I are both queer and we felt very seen and taken care of by Noah and Maria. If you're reading this, what are you doing go hire them now!!!
I cannot say enough great things about Maria and Noah, I'm not even sure where to begin. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the whole day. I was nervous I wouldn't have en...
ough to keep them busy, but that was not the case at all. They were working the entire event, doing tasks I hadn't even thought of. I really feel that they went above and beyond in every aspect. Choosing Details by Design Co. was easily one of the best things we did, their services were invaluable.
Working with Maria was amazing! She was our day of coordinator and we really couldn't have asked for more. Great communicator, very organized, thoughtful and attentive.

r the big day and was prepared for details I never would have thought of. She went above and beyond from start to finish--especially in her willingness to set up decor at the venue so that I could focus on getting ready, taking pictures, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and husband. If you are on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, DO IT (and, ideally, make it Maria!!).
Maria did an excellent job as our day of coordinator. I would recommend Details by Design Co. to anyone looking for a coordinator. She was there to help with everything we needed, ...

Maria was our day of coordinator. From the very beginning she put my fiancé and I at ease. She was prompt when responding to our inquiry, and walked us through what plan would be b...
est for our needs without overselling us. Maria went above and beyond during our meeting times together, truly trying to understand our wedding goals and offering advice and assistance when we had no idea what we were doing or became overwhelmed with the stress of wedding planning.
Maria is not only great at the tasks of wedding planning and coordinating, but what is more important to me is how she actually did those things. She is so calm, friendly and kind. She is someone that I felt I could immediately trust. We had a few stressful moments on our wedding day, one being we thought we might run out of alcohol. Maria instantly jumped in the car and ran to the store for us. I had so many friends comment to me how wonderful and helpful Maria was during the wedding. She is such joyful person and you will notice how much she enjoys this job. I would recommend her 1000 times over.
We are so happy Maria was part of our wedding day and I can’t imagine it without her now.
