nation Detroit" wedding. (The staff at the Princess even made a point to get local Michigan beers and wines for us.) Guests positively gushed about the riverfront setting and cruise. A note if you're concerned about the weather: rain, unfortunately, hit precisely at 5 p.m., when our ceremony started, but the Princess staff had set up a backup venue on Deck 1, which was 95% as lovely as the outside deck we had been picturing -- and they were prepared to set up the top deck at the last minute if the weather looked better. My point is that you don't need to worry about rain, because it'll be lovely either way. The clouds that lingered by sunset simply made a stunning backdrop for our photos along the Detroit River with the RenCen in the background! In addition, the food was tasty, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to work with, and much fun was had by all. An excellent venue for a wedding that you and your guests will always remember.
We loved this venue as it had a unique flare. It was in our top 10 choices and the staff were very accommodating in gathering information for us.
