Devers provided the floral arrangements for our wedding at the Carnegie Institute of Science, and we were incredibly happy with what they did for us! Michael has true talent. We talked with a number of florists while planning our wedding, and we had a very specific vision that a lot of folks just couldn't "get" - but within a few minutes of talking with Michael he "got it" and he helped us to refine and richly enhance the final vision. Michael has passion for what he does, and does not hesitate to tell you what he thinks or if he has a different idea that may meet what you're looking for; his passion definitely came out in the detailed and beautiful work he delivered on our wedding day. On the day of the wedding both Michael and Ed were there to ensure everything was placed exactly where it made most sense and that the bridal flowers were impeccable for the ceremony. Michael made us feel so comfortable with his artistic talent that we requested he personally place the monograms on our cake- which he did beautifully! This is the best florist in Northern Virginia. I loved working with Michael. He created a vision for my wedding and it turned out gorgeous. I would highly recommend Devers Design for any event. Michael at Devers Design put together the flowers for my September wedding. The first time I met Michael was the day of the wedding. All of the planning was done by phone and email. He is amazing. For someone he never met he was able to create the most beautiful arangements that were exactly what I wanted. We never sat down together or consulted each other. All I gave him was I wanted an array of different orange flowers, some white in the bride bouquet and that my favorite flowers were gerber daisies and calla lilies. Give him a call and I promise you will be glad you did.

I highly recommend Devers Design. I knew Michael and Ed were extremely talented as they did weddings for a couple other famliy members, but yet I was still blown away by the flowers. They were incredibly gorgeous and enhanced the look of the dresses, the reception room, the cake...everything. I couldn't be happier!! Michael was wonderful to work with! I had a couple ideas but wasn't sure what I wanted; Michael was great about helping me with ideas and the final product couldn't have been any better. I still can't believe how it all looked; I am so very impressed! I definitely recommend working with Devers Design!
