Wedding videography ended up being one of the best investments we made in our wedding. From the beginning Devin was responsive and energetic about making our wedding film memorable and customized perfectly for us. Devin is very easygoing and skilled as a videographer. He was so helpful when we reached out to inquire about his services. During our wedding we saw how helpful he was and he puts in the work to make for both great videography and great photography. He worked very well with our photographer and is versatile and professional. He knows how to adapt to others' styles. He's a great guy and we loved the short teaser he put together for us. We can't wait to see the final video cuts! Devin also has an option for drone footage which we didn't expect but it's an awesome addition if you're interested in that.

We found Devin Spencer Videography online and although he is primarily located in Virginia Beach, after speaking with him, we knew he was the right fit for us. He agreed to travel to our venue out in Madison, VA and was extremely helpful during the planning stages. He made me feel like we truly had all of our ducks in a row and I felt really confident that everything would be great. Planning a wedding during COVID was extremely tough and we kept having so many changes to our guest list, day-of schedule, COVID mandates, etc. but he really rolled with the changes and it was so appreciated. On the day, Devin arrived early, was extremely professional and everyone mentioned how nice he was! Our photographer was also complimentary of his work style and they were both able to get what they needed without being in each others way. I also felt like he gave really good direction on what he needed us to do/where to be to get the right shots. We received our wedding video in a super timely fashion and I cried when I watched it. He truly captured every single piece of that day that we wanted to remember - from our ceremony right down to the sparkler exit. I truly can't say enough good things about Devin and I have and would recommend him to future brides looking for a dependable, professional and creative videographer!

We could not have chosen a better videographer to capture our special day. We “met” Devin over the phone at the beginning of the year, and due to COVID-19, we never actually met him face to face until our wedding day. You would have never known that, by the way he effortlessly blended in and captured ALL of the most precious memories of our day. If you are looking for a videographer who will go above and beyond, Devin is the one for you! He kept in touch leading up to the wedding in order to make sure he captured every detail we wanted in our film. On our wedding day, he arrived right on time and fit right in. He blended in during our ceremony and we didn't even see him half of the night....but yet he captured it all. Beyond the wedding, he continued to reach out to make sure the final film was all we wanted and more and he succeed with that! I am so so glad that we decided on a videographer and even more glad it was Devin. He is reasonably priced and the results are outstanding.

Devin was about as perfect as they come! I was super picky about how I wanted the wedding video to look. I wanted a cinematic experience that captured little moments throughout the day. Between the edited video we got and the raw footage he caught it all. He seamlessly blended into the day. There are moments that he caught that I have no memory of him even being there. He made everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed (which is not an easy thing to do with a camera in your face!) And the final video we have has made everyone cry at least once! I cannot thank Devin enough for being a part of our day. 100000% recommend!!

Devin did an amazing job with our wedding video! My husband and I both lived outside of the Hampton Roads area prior to our wedding and he was very flexible with working with our schedules to make phone calls to talk through our desire for the video and how he works. The wedding day he worked magic! He was so professional, had multiple cameras for different angles and got all the perfect shots. After the video was complete he sent us the first draft and asked if there was anything missing that we were hoping to have in the video. We received an amazing video that we love to go back and watch over and over along with audio and video clips of various parts of our wedding. Devin was beyond amazing! He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He really took the time to get to know us and to understand what we wanted in our video. Devin Spencer Videography is truly professional. Our wedding was canceled due to Hurricane Matthew. He refunded us the entire cost and told us he would still love to film our wedding. We found a date a few months later in November and contacted Devin to film our wedding again. Even though it was short notice Devin came out and filmed our entire wedding day. We used Devin Spencer for our August wedding in Yorktown. We were on the fence about having Videography implemented into our wedding day, but we are so glad we did. Our photographer did a very poor job at capturing most of the important moments, but luckily Devin caught all of those moments on video. I still cry every time I watch the video!! I used Devin Spencer Videography for an event I hosted called The Gentlemen's Brunch. The event is a networking event for Hampton Roads area gentlemen that includes an outstanding meal. Devin captured the event with an outstanding video that I since posted on all my social media apps. The video has gotten great reviews and I'm very pleased with it.
