Devon and her husband are a photo snapping monster team, who capture every moment from several unique perspectives. We met them first in the fall at a Frisbee Golf Course to shoot an engagement session with the changing leaves (bit of frolf too). In the late spring, they were wonderful. Their work edges on blown-up-wall-art quality photography; while at the same time, recording the sum total of that amazing day. I am very pleased our friends recommended them. My husband and I were married September 13,2014 in Aspen, Colorado. Devon did both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. We live in Seattle and were planning from out of state. Devon was willing and able to do our engagement photos extra early since we were rarely in Colorado. She was so nice and fun to work with during our engagement photos that we were so excited for our wedding day. Planning from out of state was worrying but Devon and her husband Adam were absolutely amazing to work with.They were quick to respond and answered any and all questions! Their style of work was both artistically beautiful and super fun! Devon and Adam made us feel comfortable and confident throughout our wedding day. They were able to capture every aspect of the day without being invasive. It was wonderful to have both of them to capture both the bride side of the day and the groom side of the day. They were great at being in the background but asserting themselves enough to get great photos. All of our friends and family are raving about the photos and we are so excited about them! I would absolutely recommend Devon to anyone looking for a wonderful photographer in Colorado!

Working with Devon and her husband was so easy and seamless. As a Wedding and Event Coordinator I had worked with Devon before at Keystone Resort and I knew she was the best, extremely laid back, stepped into help if she needed too. We just got our pictures from our wedding weekend today and we are smiling from ear to ear as we re-live it all! Devon and Adam did a phenomenal job capturing every moment and all the emotion of the day! I can't thank them enough. You can pay anyone to take pictures for you, but here's what you'll get with Devon and Adam that sets them apart from others: You'll get new friends and extra support during the day. Devon was next to me at all times, helping me stay calm during some unpredicted rain that came in time for our outdoor ceremony. She also gave me tips for how to tone down my over teased hair and I'll never forget when she bustled my dress before I made my entrance after the ceremony! She had my back the whole day and it put me at ease knowing she was there. Devon is patient and kind, and knows all the tricks for making everyone smile pretty at the camera! Adam was super helpful in making sure my groom stayed on track with the timeline. He injected fun and energy into the day, especially when my groom and I were losing steam during all the family pictures. Every bride has that one thing that matters most to them, and to me it was the photography. I spent hours researching photographers and met with several, but as soon as we met with Devon we knew we had found the “one”. Words cannot describe how amazing Devon is! I loved having Devon and Adam as our photographers for our wedding! The pictures turned out timeless and every time I look at them they make me tear up. We loved working with Devon and Adam from Devo Photography. They are fun to be around, easy to get along with. They are great at directing you and making sure you get the pictures you want. And of course, the most important part... our pictures are AMAZING. Better then anything we could have hoped for. They got every picture we could want. Our families loved working with them too. Devo photograph captured every moment perfectly for our high end fall wedding at the Botanic Gardens and The Four Seasons Hotel. The photos are amazing and she had such a wide range of styles from the classic, capturing the love and emotion, to these incredibly beautiful one of a kind photos which were way above and beyond your average wedding photographer. Devon was so much fun and a pleasure to work with and she was great with the kids in the wedding party and with my large Italian family. She was very attentive, professional, responsive, and helped the wedding day run smoothly. Devon and Adam (wife and husband team) did an amazing job with our engagement and wedding photos. Adam is very pleasant to work with. Devon was really grumpy and impatient at our wedding which I found very unprofessional, but at least she takes great pictures (which is ultimately what we hired her for).

Devon and her husband Adam worked together to photograph our wedding. They were incredible to work with! Having met with Devon almost a year before the wedding, we knew immediately that we were working with professionals who will feel like friends on our wedding day. They arrived on time and were flexible to stay later, as needed. They followed our requests for photos and made sure we were comfortable. One of my favorite memories from our wedding day was arriving at the church and walking into the holding room and Adam said to me, "You look beautiful." All of my nerves were calmed and I knew that with Adam and Devon by my side all day, I would be relaxed and confident. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Additionally, we shot an engagement session with Adam and Devon. They allowed us to bring our puppy along and did not view him as a burden! All eyes filled with tears as Devon and Adam created a once in a lifetime “first look” shot. As they shoot, they disappear and capture authentic moments that my husband and I will cherish for a lifetime. Every picture taken captured a story that we relive each time we look at our pictures. Following the wedding we were given the rights to all of the gorgeous images that were taken. The depth and variety of the images taken allowed me to create custom memory books, thank you cards, and Christmas cards without feeling like I was inundating people with the same pictures. Looking back at the wedding, our photographer was with us for nine hours and simply stated they provided the lens for the lifetime of memories that we will always cherish.

Not only are Devon and Adam extremely talented at what they do, they were the most professional and patient photographers I have ever worked with. They went above and beyond, not only just on the wedding day, but also in preparation of the wedding day. They helped me plan out which photos I wanted to take and when to take them before the wedding. We were referred to Devo Photography by a friend, and it is one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. They are not only very nice, easy-going people, but they create the most beautiful pictures, and are very reasonably priced! My advice for brides - get a photography team. One catches the "formal" and the other catches the "moment". We LOVED working with Devon and Adam. They were fun, made the whole process relaxing, and produced beautiful pictures. If you book them, give them a short "wish list" of pictures to be taken and let them do their magic from there. You won’t regret it! We got some unbelievable “formal” church photos, but Devon and Adam went above and beyond our outdoor photos!!! My pictures are the highlight of my wedding (aside from my husband, I suppose!) and Devon and Adam were our favorite vendors with whom to work. They are fun, relaxed and UNBELIEVABLY talented. We have over 1000 photographs of everything from posed shots of myself, my husband and our families to hilarious moments from the wedding reception that I didn't even know happened. The photographs are amazing and such quality, I can't imagine anything better. We had devo at our wedding and reception for eight hours and the entire time they were busy working hard. They are a great at capturing moments in a way that your photo's look like pieces of art instead of just another photo. You truly get more than what you pay for and I strongly recommend using their service for any occasion.

DEVO Photography took both our engagement and wedding photos. We knew we wanted downtown at night shots. Devon and Adam spent an entire afternoon with us making us feel like the most important people in the world. They truly listened to what we wanted. Devo photography took amazing shots for our wedding and our engagement session went by so quickly as we were having so much fun smiling, kissing, and just enjoying not only each others company, but having Devon and Adam being so creative, and professional. We were THRILLED with our photographs and the service from Devo Photography. Devon and Adam are a fantastic duo that genuinely want to get to know the bride and groom and therefore offer a complementary engagement shoot. Devon answered any emails I wrote her in a timely fashion leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding they were extremely professional and remind very calm when dealing with our large wedding party (26 bridesmaids and groomsmen). They are very creative, and did some very cool shots with our venue and rings. Our favorites were many of the candid shots they captured. They are very detail oriented and captured all details of the wedding. Adam and Devon made sure to get every guest in a picture by going around to each table before dinner. Devon asks for you to fill out a survey prior to the wedding so that she can capture all the moments and groupings bridal party, family, friends, etc. that you request. While I am getting married in my hometown in Kentucky, I live in Colorado with my fiance and wanted to get engagement photos taken during the beautiful Colorado fall so we could include a shot on our save the date. After one of my friends booked Devon for her wedding photos and had a rave review, we decided to book Devo Photography for our engagement photos. They were so great to work with! I suggested we go to my office balcony which has a stunning view of the mountains, and they took our idea and ran with it - getting really great shots in front of the Flatirons that all my Kentucky friends were drooling over! Devon and Adam are so laid back and easygoing, it was easy to relax and act naturally. Being a control freak, I was nervous about how we'd look in the photos we got back. But when they were posted, I was so thrilled! I felt like we got a great value for our money as Devon gave us about 150 different photos. The hardest part was choosing which ones we liked best! I would absolutely recommend Devo Photography to my friends, and if I were getting married in Colorado I'd book her for my wedding shots, too.

I had guests say that when they saw something and thought "That would be a great picture", Adam and Devon were there to capture the moment-every moment! Devon and Adam went a step beyond and coordinated their outfits with our wedding colors. They were fantastic with adults and kids, getting everyone to smile naturally, look beautiful and fantastic, yet also getting the fun and funny shots (from our excited jump shots to the groomsmen jokingly throwing the snowballs at each other). They were flexible with time and patient with family and friends, taking away the stress on the day of our wedding. Devo photography gives you the rights to all your photos and they take numerous photos, so you know you will get everything. When going through my wedding photos for the first time, I was moved to tears by how beautiful the photos were and how they could capture the beauty, emotion, love and joy of our wedding day. Of all the photographers, they were the best priced as you get two photographers for essentially the price of one photographer-yet you are not losing any quality or skill as both Adam and Devon are fantastic! I had searched and interviewed with many photographers before the wedding and Devo blew my husband, and parents away with their portfolio and personality. The engagement session was the most fun we had before our wedding and Devon and Adam once again get amazing shots and are very flexible and open to whatever suggestions you have (from Queen Anne Chairs in City Park to Union Station to the Denver Aquarium). They also know the best times and places to get shots around Denver and Colorado, so if you are unsure, just ask them! Devo is so organized, efficient, and on track, making life easier for you before your wedding as she sends out a questionnaire of what photos you may want and communicates with you so quickly (whether email, phone, text, etc.). We also got our photos back in a few weeks, in comparison to a month or two as a few other photographers told me. I have recommended Devo to all of my friends and family who are getting married and they have all loved Devo.
