I just feel like the only one who should be allowed to make changes is the bride. The owner should have contacted me to approve the change. Another issue I had was while she was really accommodating to some changes I made to bouquets/proposal after finally picking the style I was going for, the flowers were not of good quality. The roses in my bouquet had some dead and moldy petals upon arrival to the venue. Also, when I asked for babies breath and greenery bouquets for the bridesmaids, I basically got a whole lot of babies breath with one sprig of greenery. They looked pretty but it was just not the look I was going for/not what we discussed. Just over all not what I expected after only seeing amazing reviews from this company.

When we had to change all our plans with COVID, she was super flexible and worked with any changes and requests we had. When it came to the day of, she went above and beyond! I was blown away by how beautiful every little detail her work was! It was even better than I ever could have pictured it. I received so many compliments from family and guests on how beautiful the flowers were. She is so talented and just a true joy to work with! I'd recommend her over and over again!

She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. There was a change of plans during our engagement and we moved our ceremony location. Jessica was able to make our changes work and deliver to the two locations with ease. I used to work in horticulture, and had high expectations for how the flowers would look. Jessica listened and incorporated all of my favorite flowers in all the different arrangements. She did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with how they turned out.
