wedding cake they had ever had. Those leftovers did not last long at all. I highly recommend Dewey's Bakery. It's a great place.

h. We ordered a 3-tier cake and then a couple large sheets of cake squares and I am SO glad we did. Guests didn't notice or care that they weren't "slices" and it saved us almost $500 for doing that instead of a 5-tier cake. They also used fake flowers to decorate it and made them look to real. It definitely looked just like the picture. They do amazing work and if you want to cake that melts in your mouth and guests will remember, use Dewey's!

so the whole cake tastes good. This was by far the best cake I've ever had. However, if you speak with one of the young girls who work there part time, they are very unfriendly and not very helpful. You can tell they don't want to be there. But working with Maria to design the bake was a very pleasant experience despite the cake being so expensive.

our business based on the first visit. However, the other staff members we worked with every other time after that visit were amazing - so nice and helpful! The cake and cupcakes at our wedding were beautiful and delicious. People were going back for seconds and thirds! I recommend Dewey's to anyone in the area :)

rful. Between signing the contract and my wedding, she left. I was never notified until we called to pay our balance. It worried me a bit that their "wedding cake baker" was no longer there, so I did my best to confirm my order multiple times. I spoke with about 5 different people at the bakery, none of whom seemed to know anything about my account but they all still assured me I'd be taken care of. On the day of the wedding, they were late delivering the cake. Then, they only sent one person to deliver my cake and the bottom layer literally collapsed on the drive. So, my 4 layer cake became 3. They were gracious enough to send free kitchen cake as backup, but it honestly wasn't that good, they clearly threw it together. The cake looked nice, but at the end of the day...they messed my order up. We chose them and spent more money vs. other bakeries because of their reputation and how good the cake was at our tasting. I'm sure they've been transitioning after their wedding cake rep (Katy) left, but they need to take better care of the orders they have and live up to the expectation that Katy set with customers.

tried. We had talked about getting a small 2 tiered cake for us to cut, and then cake squares to keep costs down. This worked perfectly especially since we could order as many different flavors in squares as we wanted. The person who we worked with promised us that our cake would not be frozen. The design turned out exactly how we wanted it. And everyone loved our cake! We ordered 120 cake squares, our 2 tiered cake was another 100 slices, and there was NONE left, there were only 90 guests at our wedding. People went back and had 2 or 3 slices, and tried all 3 flavors or got a second piece of their favorite. I've been to a lot of weddings and never seen people eat cake like they did at our wedding (especially with a cocktail hour with hor d'oeuvres, & full buffet dinner). Dewey's was truly great to work with! You also get a fresh cake for your anniversary!

ad to arrange for it to be picked up (since we were outside of their delivery range), but it was so worth it! Our cake was beautiful and delicious.

The best part is that they will send you a voucher to come into their store on your first anniversary for your top layer for free! No trying to freeze and store it for a year and eat dry cake! I cannot wait for our first anniversary so I can eat that delicious cake again! I would highly recommend Dewey's!

out great. I had to make a last minute change a few days before the wedding because instead of having someone pick the cake up, we changed it to be delivered and they were happy to accommodate!! They also offer a complimentary 1 year anniversary cake to be made when your 1 year comes around instead of having to freeze your top tier. You get a fresh new cake and I love that because my wedding cake was the best cake I have ever had!!!

wanted to make sure of is that my cake did not taste nasty and was pretty on the outside. Katey of deweys bakery exceeded our expectations and just think we even get a fresh top layer cake on our anniversary for free instead of having to freeze the first one. now thats a deal! Im in! Thanks Katy for all you've done!
