I emailed him the time table schedule well before the wedding 3pm-9pm and paid for the 6 hour package and he texted me the day before saying 3pm to 8pm, I felt I had to remind him it was 6 hours, but also made an adjustment so he didnt have to stay so late and did 230-830 so we could get a first look and he wasnt even prepared when he arrived at 230. He also texted me asking what was on the menu which I feel it really unprofessional. We are an on the spectrum family so we are very schedule and prepared oriented. My daughter is also on the more profound side of the spectrum, so most things had to revolve around her which he did not seem to understand. If my daughter had a meltdown the whole day would have been ruined and over. The reason you fill out the photographers form before the day of your ceremony is so you dont have to think about it that day when you are already overwhelmed, we missed out of photos with people we wanted because we didnt think about it day of but they were definitely on forms we filled out. We did end up getting nice photos but they were taken with such a high ISO that the beautiful fall colors and the colors in dress, flowers and hair looked washed out. Thankfully I asked out getting copies all of the photos day of so that I could edited the color back in. He hit me with a additional 300 dollars for those photos though and I felt cornered, I wanted the photos so I had to pay the extra which is crazy, At the end of the day I have nice photos that unfortunately it took me editing, I dont feel like he was prepared, organized or professional and if your family is special needs like mine fine some one that can understand that and work with it properly. I would recommend you spend the extra money and find a better photographer.
