DeYor Performing Arts Center

DeYor was so amazing! It is the most beautiful venue. We were looking to have a very elegant and classic wedding with a slight 1920s/Great Gatsby theme. We had our ceremony in Powers Auditorium, and it was great. It was so perfect for what we were after. The cocktail hour was in the Overture Restaurant, which everyone loved (we didn't end up going since we were taking pictures). And the reception was in the Powers Lobby. Everything was so perfect, Leslie and her staff were all helpful and made everything run smoothly. So many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful venue and the best wedding they've ever been to. We are so pleased and thrilled we chose DeYor for our venue. We fully recommend it!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Powers Auditorium in August 2018 and were quite pleased with how everything came together, at least on the venue's end. (The in-house catering was another story altogether. Check out our negative Yelp review for Jeffrey Chrystal Catering, which reflects our displeasure with that experience.) Leslie was great to work with and was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. In addition, the venue itself is beautiful and really helped to set the tone for our wedding—we can't imagine having had it anywhere else.

I absolutely loved having our reception at powers! The venue was absolutely gorgeous and everything went so very smoothly. Leslie helped with answering every question I had and she was there the whole night if something came up. The caterers were also extremely helpful and knew all the ins and outs that together I didn't have a stress in the world on my wedding day! I would go back to powers 100 times over and still can't believe that I was able to have my reception in such a beautiful place!
