I've worked with Dante from DG memories on several cinematography projects, starting with a film he created for my wedding, and then a few years later on a video that he beautifull...
y created with his wife that captured sweet tender moments of my newborn son. I was literally in tears when viewing each video for the first time. Both are very talented in capturing precious moments and editing them into a film that is breathtaking. They are truly amazing people! I've enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them to anyone!
My fiancé and I tried to contact this vendor for several weeks via email and phone to get a quote, and no response. The phone number is a Google voicemail with no business message ...
just a default computerized voice, not a direct line to a business or personal phone. Finally we set up an appointment via email for a video call meeting and the people stood us up. Through all this time the person never gave us their name, and we exchanged several emails, we had no idea who this was. After an email apology for standing us up the first meeting, we decided to give them another chance with a phone conference a week later and we waited for the call, after an hour an 15 minutes the guy calls late. He gave us the spiel about his services and apologized for communication issues, standing us up, and now being late again. Finally, we get a name some guy from Dayton named Dante. Wow is this how you conduct business, how did you ever secure any new clients conducting your customer acquisition process like that??
The guy said this never happens, but it did twice with us from the get go. The quality of the video product seems good, so in fairness we tried to call back and give the company a chance to meet us in person because we understand in life circumstances happen. Still no returned call or email. This guy is a joke, I cannot say for certain if this company is even legitimate. I definitely would not recommend and do not know how people who conduct themselves in such a manner are even in business. We explained the importance of trust and reliability in the wedding vendor process for the biggest event of our lives, apparently they don't get it!!
