D.H. LESCOMBES WINERY & BISTRO spaces can be used as individual spaces or together to meet your unique needs. It's an ideal spot for your special celebration. The spacious Front Lawn offers breathtaking views of the Organ Mountains, with connected patio space and an on-site vineyard, this space can host up to 250 guests. The enclosed patio features a collection of live plants and wine barrels and offers lawn views for up to 50 seated guests. Ideal for private dining, the Rio Grande Room is spacious and full of natural light with a capacity for up to 40 seated guests. Adjacent to the lawn is the brick patio, offering lawn and mountain views, here up to 40 people can celebrate in the open air. For gatherings with an intimate feel, the covered patio can be setup for group dining or in any way that best fits your vision.

D.H. LESCOMBES WINERY & BISTRO caters both on-site and off-site for special events and parties. They will work with you to create the perfect menu for your special day. The menu features epicurean-style dishes crafted in collaboration with their Winemaker and Master Chef, each thoughtfully paired with award-winning New Mexico wines. There is plenty of free parking for your convenience.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Lescombes this past Saturday. With beautiful weather and a relaxed atmosphere, it was the perfect setting for a memorable evening.

f flavor. A small recommendation: ask for a side of the spicy mandarin sauce that’s served with the bacon wrapped shrimp. The shrimp itself is excellent, and that sauce pairs surprisingly well with the trout, adding a great extra layer of flavor.
The 631 Rio Grande Red was a standout, so much so that a bottle came home with us. We finished the meal with the crème brûlée, which is my personal favorite and was the perfect ending to a great dinner.
A special shout-out to our server, Miguel. He was awesome and very knowledgeable about both the food and the wine, attentive, and genuinely enhanced our experience with outstanding service.
Highly recommend Lescombes for great food, excellent wine, and a consistently enjoyable dining experience. 🍷✨

ur meal. On top of the great service, the wine prices are excellent, making it a fantastic value for the quality you receive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great atmosphere and a top-tier staff!

ppy. The food was top notch. We had the Brie appetizer. I had the meatloaf and my wife had the chicken parmasan. Everything was very good. Tried some good wines and for those that are not big wine fans, like myself, they do have some local craft beers. We loved this place. Even better, after having 2 dinners, an appetizer, a beer and some wine, our bill came to $88. We were expecting over $100. Very reasonable for the quality. We highly recommend this place.

Came here for company party. The service was good. Could have been better but it was packed. The appetizers were delicious and so were the drinks. Although the dessert wine was overly sweet imo. The green chili pasta was raved about in our tab...
le and others praised the fish. It was unfortunate the cut of meat I got was mostly inedible as you can see in picture. I got the ribeye.
They had a pianist playing lovely music.
I would come here again to try the green chili pasta.
Not sure id try their steak.

ment I walked in. Matthew took care of me, and he was amazing: attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what he was serving.
I started with a few sample bites that were all delicious, and the wines turned out to be an unexpected highlight. The Shiraz in particular won me over — just a little pour, but full of character and such a pleasant surprise.
Great food, great service, and a setting that makes you want to stay longer than you planned. A memorable visit all around. It is not a Michelin star restaurant but is offering a good selection and as I said a very nice environment. MY Only advice to the management is to consider adding a good machine of expressso - you can not have a truly gourmet experience with out a good coffee!
