DO NOT USE— STOLEN DEPOSIT— we hired this business back in October 2022 after our meeting. They requested a $2000 deposit to hold the date. We paid this deposit and did not receive...
a “contract” for 5 months (we would ask every two weeks). The contract we received had the wrong dates, and was blank— with a $22,000 subtotal at the bottom (no price breakdown). We requested a detailed quote, met with them again. They then provided the exact same quote, with added items from our meeting with a note to “subtotal it ourselves”— which was near $35,000 (our discussed budget was 20-25 for reference). Our deposit was given one year before our event, we had zero understanding of what we were praying for or what our event would look like 3 months before our actual wedding date.
We ended up firing them 7 weeks out and going with a different decorator. They kept our deposit even though no services were provided. This is an unprofessional business that made the already stressful process much worse— you can find much better decorators in the area for the same price and better quality.
After our event, we were grateful we went with a different direction.

we reqested. Not only that, when I called the owner to reqest the extra stair case we had AGREED on, I got an extremely rude response. The customer service was just terrible. After alot of arguing, the owner finally agreed on giving us what we asked for with the price we had discussed. When the stair case arrived it was not functional nor did it look appropiate for our stage. We then had to situate ourselves and make it look more persentable. Over all I definetly would not recommend to anyone. Go where you can get your moneys worth.

, the owner Shaloo kept cribbing that she has charged less than normal price for the work done and kept claiming that she has been doing big favor to us by giving low price.
She expected us to be indebted to her for all of our life, even though what she charged was not cheap. We paid around $6,000, and we had several other good vendor options. She was desperate for business and perhaps that's why she felt she is giving discount. We feel she just had normal pricing.
She also doesn't give any proper invoice for payments made. So not sure how she is reporting the income to govt. When asked for an invoice, she just wrote a memo in notepad and gave to us. So, caution that you may not have legal proof for work performed, and in case of business use, cannot show it as business expense.
