Pudge was awesome for our wedding tasting! He brought so much food and was able to bring it to our house for us to try. There were even leftovers for lunches this week! Everything was delicious. The chorizo mac and smoked turkey were especially awesome. His wife’s potato salad was also super delicious, coming from someone who typically doesn’t prefer potato salad. Pudge makes great conversation and was a pleasure to hang out with. We will 100% be having Diamond 9 Co. cater our wedding!

YALL!! The Diamond 9 team is the best!! They catered my micro-wedding at a family farm in Red Boiling Springs and they were the best!
The food was to die for! It was the best BBQ I've ever had and the guests said it was the best meal they have had at a wedding! Seriously the potato salad was to die for! And we had so many leftovers that my husband and I have been able to enjoy the week following!
The communication with them leading up to the day was also amazing! They were on time day of and worked great with my day of coordinator! Seriously cannot say enough good things about them! I will definitely be using them for any events in the future!

I hired Diamond 9 to cater our company Thanksgiving lunch and was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Pudge was on time and efficient with his set up. The food was excellent with great portions. We especially enjoyed the brisket and chorizo mac n cheese. There were plenty of leftovers. We will definitely be using Diamond 9 again in the future.

The food was delicious! When hiring my caterer, it took a while because I was looking for someone laid back to do a buffet with genuine southern BBQ. I finally found pudge and reached out and he was so easy to work with! When I said what I needed he was completely able to do that without going over my budget. Where as other caterers, only had specific packages that I did not need. Not to mention how amazing the food was, and there was so much left over for family and friends to take!

I found Diamond 9 on The Knot while searching for catering options for our baby shower.
We got Brisket, pulled pork, corn bread, beans, jalapeño coleslaw, potato salad.
I asked for it to be for 30 adults and we had plenty left over when the party was done.
The sides were exceptional and the meat was cooked perfect.

We love Pudge! I can't tell you how many comments we got (and are still getting) about our wedding food. I think our guests will be comparing all wedding meals they have in the future to this one. Pudge and his wife were so on it. They took care of everything with no fuss and the presentation was perfect. I was quoted so much higher by other caterers who would've provided so much less. Can't recommend them enough. So easy and enjoyable to communicate with as well!

The food was amazing! We had the pulled pork and chicken leg quarters, it was so delicious! They also did an AMAZING grazing table for us!!! All the guest said great things about the food and the appealing setup! Some of the best bbq and chicken we’ve ever had!!! Book them you won’t be disappointed!!!
