t up to our mid-mountain venue in the pouring rain, they were kind and flexible, and everything went off without a hitch. We had 6 talented musicians: an acoustic guitarist for the outdoor ceremony, a jazz quartet for cocktail hour on the patio, then the full six-piece band for the indoor reception. Each version of the band was impressive and set the right tone. Emily, the lead singer and planner for the band, is incredibly talented. Her vocals are fantastic - she sang a huge range of music all night with very few breaks - and her communication throughout the planning process was top notch. I highly recommend hiring them (and adding a sax player)!

and an 8-person band with 2 vocalists and a full horn section for the reception. In planning our wedding, the band was the most important vendor for us. I was so nervous having not seen them perform as we live in Dallas, TX, but after watching video footage, scrutinizing every single review, and talking to Emily, our planner was confident that they were the ones for the job. We wanted to invest in a group that would deliver an epic concert/dance party that kept guests on the dance floor all night. Diamond Empire Band did just that. Emily was exceptional to work with from start to finish. My planner commented that she didn’t have time to conference with the band before the reception started because she was frantically setting up decor until the very last minute, but Emily was such a professional that it didn’t matter. She knew exactly what to do. The band learned songs for the mother-son dance and our final dance, just as a couple. Our guests could not stop and have not stopped talking about Diamond Empire Band. “Where in the world did you find that band?!? OMG!” My father-in-law wants to book them for his retirement party and friends in St. Louis want them for their upcoming wedding. Guests who I never see dance were twerking it up until the very last song. At one point, the venue moved tables to create a bigger dance floor and it was totally full when the reception ended. No one wanted to leave. The band pivoted during the night as they sensed the vibe from the crowd. Genius. I noticed they didn’t play any slow songs other than our special dances because guests were raging so hard. And that was 100% fine by us. We wanted to treat our guests to an unforgettable destination wedding weekend and this band was a key contributor in making that happen. On the most important day of your life, rest assured that the Diamond Empire Band will deliver with the highest energy, charisma, precision and talent. Exactly, 1000000% what we wanted. Every single moment. 15/10! You made our dream a reality. We can never thank you enough. What a performance. Dayum.

The day of the wedding, we were so impressed with the whole band’s professionalism and talent! Their renditions of our special requests were beyond anything we expected! Our guests continue to rave about the quality performances and entertainment. One of my favorite moments was when Emily invited my husband up to play a song with them (one that is very special to our relationship) - an idea that Emily proposed to us a few weeks in advance of the wedding that added such a personal touch to the whole evening!
