We made plans to visit them in New York after a year long trip abroad as backpackers in New Zealand, so after I was proposed to and knew all the information my fiance (at the time) had told me about this place, we could only communicate by email since we didn't have the money to make an extremely long distance phone call. They were very informative about price ranges for diamonds we could afford. We emailed back and forth for about 5 to 6 months before we were actually able to go and see them in person. The staff is very small and the service very personal. They never forgot about us. When we finally made our way to New York, we were such a wreck from jet lag, and looked like bums off the street, but we made our appointment that we had set on time, and the vendors were not put off by us and treated us very nicely and with the professionalism we deserved. I have never had anything as nice as the rings I got from this place. My husband did an excellent job in choosing the rings, and I got to pick my own center stone for my engagement ring. The associate was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable with understanding the different aspects I should look for in a diamond, and never tried to push anything that was too high above our budget. Every time I tell someone about my rings, not only do I have an awesome story about our trip to get them, but people are always so amazed at how sparkly they are. This place is truly a great value for a great product that is meant to last a lifetime.
