At pick up I asked multiple times if the linens I got were appropriate for high cocktail tables, clarifying that they were the stretchy ones, and alls I got as an answer were they’re for high tops - got to my venue to set them up, not the linens I had told them I wanted. All in all, if you don’t care about being spoken to professionally and don’t need to ask questions the linens were nice.
Made an honest mistake about our table shape: ordered "6 foot tables" instead of "72 inch tables," and found out the night before our rental that the tables delivered to the venue ...
were rectangular instead of round. As this affected our table seating (not to mention the round linens we bought!), we called the emergency line, only to be told it was our fault we ordered incorrectly, and it would cost an additional $9.75/table if we wanted to switch our order. We made it work with the rectangular tables, but the curt manner of the representative and the overall lack of professionalism makes us disinclined to recommend this group to others. The tables and chairs were also delivered 2 hours later than the upper limit of time range quoted to us, by the way, which meant we didn't discover our mistake until nearly 8:30PM the night before our wedding, but we're still charged full price. Use this vendor with caution if you are having an event at a private reception, and clarify all measurements before you sign the contract.
