Diamondere Inc

y step of the way. Beautiful rings! All have engraving! I couldn't be happier!

ertise, it truly feels like it was made for you. As I was experiencing issues with tracking, customer service went above and beyond to ensure I received my package in perfect condition. Thank you, Diamondere. I will be purchasing every custom jewelry (or just regular jewelry) from you

their employees are. I dealt with Cheri and Emma. Emma helped with the design and was wonderful and patient with me as we decided what I wanted to do. Emma gave me numerous quotes in different metals. Cheri ended up emailing me after the order was placed asking about my fiance and Is story how we met and how we found them which I really appreciated and viewed as very professional. Diamondere is a company I have been recommending to clients for years as I have a background in jewelry sales. So needless to say I was very excited when it was finally my time to purchase one. The quality they produce is wonderful on top of that you get more then what you pay for. I am still shocked at how much gold we actually received on his ring. Their rings are heavy and solid and are priced amazingly. They also do a great job of producing high quality alternative rings. We did 14kt black gold and Alexandrites. Shipping was timely quick and fast. I was provided with a tracking number as well as a requirement to sign before dropping off. If you're on the fence of ordering from them this is me telling you to do it! They will not disappoint you =)

e in the same class as Diamondere. I am a very demanding customer and I have bought about two dozen items from this company ranging from very modest pieces to gems costing many tens of thousands of dollars. The customer service I have received has been flawless, friendly, timely and extremely competent without a single exception, despite many back-and forth emails requesting yet more details, movies of stones, or multiple change requests. I have tested their patience to the limit time and again, and I have yet to detect a hint of impatience or exasperation -- both of which I would have reasonably expected from any other company. Although every single item arrived on time in perfect condition and exactly as described, my unreasonable fussiness led me to request --  four or five times — changes to the color and size of the stones. Sometimes, these requests went well beyond anything appearing on the already wide selection of items on their website including unusual gemstone types, sizes, colors, and custom setting styles. They accommodated my unique and sometimes quirky requests every time by searching for the perfect stone or setting to satisfy my high standards — standards that are above all but what Diamondere has been able to procure and create. For my most recent purchase, I was searching for a Padparadscha sapphire — the rarest and most expensive type — in a particularly fine hue, size, and cut. I had searched for this stone for almost a year across all the top-notch companies and carefully reviewed many hundreds of candidates. I became discouraged and was close to giving up when I finally reached out to Diamondere. Once again, I tested their dedication, skill, and patience by rejecting the first three candidates, although all were objectively fine gems that fit my description. With each iteration over months, I expected them to give up, since their search required many hours of poring over gem spreadsheets from many companies and multiple time-consuming reach outs to their wide array of gemstone sources. The final candidate they found was better than any specimen I have every seen, and was even better than what I had always hoped to find. But unsurprisingly, this incredible, extraordinarily rare, one-of-a-kind stone — though very fairly priced — was at the very upper limit of my generous budget, and I was forced to ask them for some special payment accommodations — accommodations that would be been unimaginable anywhere else in my experience with the gem industry. And yet, they immediately agreed — a generous, unheard-of gesture that left me speechless and profoundly grateful. Diamondere is without a doubt the best company I have ever worked with involving any type of product. They offer a superlative level of customer service, craftsmanship, and expertise at very reasonable prices, and will work timelessly to satisfy even exacting and sometimes onerous customers like me without a single negative comment or complaint.  Whether you are looking for a small, inexpensive item to investment-quality gems in customized settings that are unavailable elsewhere, Diamondere is unquestionably the best choice for quality, price, and dedicated service. You simply cannot go wrong with them. Sarah Rogers Professor of Physics, Dartmouth College Hanover, NH

any question I asked. They even personally updated me through out the process. My ring got here so much faster than I thought. The original diamond I selected wasn’t available. And they actually upgraded me at no cost for a mistake. Now that’s what I call amazing costumer service

nts! We are overjoyed! It is absolutely stunning! Someone at our shower could see it across the room! Thank Diamondere for my forever engagement ring!! Highly recommended!

tle hesitant at first. So I started to get to know Diamondere by emailing and asking questions. Immediately I was impressed with their quick and professional response time. They offered me a quick quote on what I was looking for. I pulled the trigger and bought the ring. Cherie in customer service made the whole experience even more delightful. She reached out and reminded me about customer engraving, which I took full advantage of. Then, she continued communication as to where the ring was in the process. My favorite part was when Cherie reached out and asked if she could hear our story before the piece was created. Such an amazing personal touch. I received the box with the ring in it and was impressed with the professional display. And yes, I did get a little tear when I saw the finished product. I knew she’d love it. Top notch customer service. Beautiful packaging. And superb craftsmanship. Thank you Diamondere for making my experience amazing. And, my future wife adores her ring!

Alexandrite. The ring is just stunning! From the cool design, to the stone that changes color in different light. I get a lot of complements on the ring. I recommend Diamondere to anyone who is looking for fine jewelry. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but, I felt I really wanted to share how happy I am with the ring, and the great service from Diamondere. Thanks guys.

catch’s the eye and isn’t a “cookie cutter” design. Not only does Diamondere have their own exclusive designs available, but when working with them you receive personal 1 on 1 assistance from their customer service team. In our case, we liked a couple of the rings very much, but with Amanda’s assistance were able to merge the two designs together to create our own of a kind ring. Set aside ANY fears or reservations you may have with on-line ordering with Diamondere, they take such good care of you from day 1 that you feel as though they believe you are their most important customer. Throughout the design and ordering process, they were incredibly patient and we received updated status reports throughout the process on their web tool. We were notified of our shipment with tracking data and received an electronic certificate of authenticity for our customized selections. The setting craftsmanship and gem quality is just 1st Class! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and am very thankful for their help in making our anniversary so special for my wife!

f the way, until it reached out door. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their product as well as the satisfaction of their customers, making sure everything is just right.

or, just like I wanted and envisioned. My expectations have definitely been met, moreover the product has exceeded my expectations. I love the proportion of the sapphire and the setting, it flows (fits) well. Working with Diamondere was pure pleasure. We went back and forth on several designs, sizes, clarities, etc. Every response was to the point with enough explanation to help me make the right decision. It felt exceptionally good to have professional answers and advice along the way. I will definitely go to Diamondere for all my future jewelry needs. Thank you very much for such a formidable experience and a very one of a kind of ring.

eve that I would have gotten anything close to the quality for the same price at any other jeweler. I should also mention that I decided to purchase their extended service plan, you know, just in case. I managed to get my ring size wrong twice, and the first re-size was free (despite the fact that my ring had to be re-made) and the second one was fully covered by my extended service contract. Amanda made it so easy; she was attentive and addressed every single concern I had, while being ridiculously patient, even though I was being a pain. The customer service is outstanding and I know if I need anything in the future, I know I can count on them. Thank you so much for everything!

nd corresponding with me throughout with updates. Couldn’t be happier with them!

al, precise and an A+! The available customized options made it affordable. I love my new ring which is identical to the online photo. The packaging was indeed very classy - which I also loved. I hope to purchase another ring or two in the future. I highly recommend this company!!!

xceptional artists who put their heart and soul into each piece of jewelry they make. Furthermore, its prices are extremely reasonable. The only thing that equals the top-shelf quality of its jewelry is the level of customer care you’ll receive. I dealt with Meghan. Our communications began with me consummating a purchase and evolved to where I ended up with more than an exceptionally beautiful ceylon sapphire earring ... I ended up with a new friend. I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase from Diamondère and the customer care I received from Meghan! Without any reservations whatsoever, I highly recommend Diamondère to anyone in the market for fine jewelry that’s blessed with the touch of a true artisan’s imagination and hands.

customer service, their work and of course my ring is very beautiful and gorgeous. Thank you Diamondère team.

stomer service.

he customer service contacted me about the diamond I originally order was already sold so your company upgraded the diamond to the next better level! It's absolutely perfect! I can't wait to marry the man of my dreams! Will definitely be ordering again from you company! Highly recommend!

and other people who have ordered we went for it. I ordered the Deaton with a ruby and 14k gold for my wife’s engagement ring. Once we ordered, a rep from the company reached out to us informing us of the process. The shipping came was faster than stated and when we received it, the ring was flawless. The ring itself was supposed to be a 1.08 carat ruby but instead during gem selection they sent a 1.11 carat ruby! The ring also comes with a certification from Diamondere but if that is not guarantee enough for you, there is an option to get a certification from the Gemology Institute of America, which we did. We ended up with a Ruby mined from Mozambique, Africa, so definitely the real deal. Customer service and the detail and quality of the ring is superb! I highly recommended them and glad I chose them! And if you have doubts of the company like we did, don’t they are great!

. One of the things I like best is that if you see a ring you like but want changes they are able to customize a piece to your exact liking. I highly recommend them for any jewelry wishes you may have.

they were building my ring they kept me in the loop on what was going on. I got my ring by FedEx with a signature required. Even though I sized my finger, the ring was just too tight for my knuckle. I told Diamondère the problem and they provided the shipping to send it back to them. We re-evaluated my size and they fixed it for me. It was a fairly long process, but I appreciated their help the whole way through it all. I could not be more pleased with my ring!! It’s perfect. I highly recommend Diamondère for both quality and customer service.

henomenal. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is managed. We will definitely buy from them again one day.

o any questions you may have and make you feel you are their only customer. I would give the highest rating to Diamondere and definitely use them again. Marian

there for all of them, including remaking the ring (twice!) due to errors in my part. I certainly would tell my friends and family to use Diamondère in the future. Thank you!

ave alot of money to get a ring at that time, I am a very simple person and didn't care really because I was just happy to marry the man I love. Skip ahead a little to 2023, we are now doing much better financially and have wonderful careers now, and my husband told me for Christmas he wanted me to get the ring of my dreams finally. I love antique and unique different designs and looked through several companies in person and online until I found Diamondère's website and thats when ai saw the Claudine ring! It was stunning, unique, and I was able to customize it with the accent stones I wanted etc, PLUS they do free personal engraving with your purchase! AND it was within the budget we were looking for! The best and most important part for us though was the customer service! They go above and beyond! They were interested in our personal story and wanted to know out us as a couple, I found that to be a very nice and personable touch. Another thing that was amazing about their customer service was, my husband and I both work Mon-Friday and they catered to our delivery options, always responding right away to my many e-mail's because I was having some issues with UPS's delivery service, but Diamondère got it taken care of for me and I was able to recieve my ring within a few days of shipment! I would DEFFINITLY reccomend this company to any couple, individual etc that are looking for a gorgeous, one of a kind made to order peice of beautiful jewelry and cant say enoigh about the two representatives that helped us! Cheri and Halle are the best! Thank you again for such a great experience and a ring I will cherish the rest of my life!

welry, but worked directly with me to craft the perfect piece. Diamondere customer service was communicative and helpful every step of the way, advising me about the type of metal, processing timeframes, and being genuinely happy for us when I shared the great news. This was an incredible experience from beginning to end and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

decision. I proposed on 12/02/2022 and my fiancée loves the ring. Definitely getting the wedding band from Diamondere. Amazing service!!

hat my ring would be here by then! It arrived, and was not disappointed at all! Appreciate the diligent work and quick shipping, thank you very much!

responsive and helpful, and my husband is very happy with the replacement. It's perfect!

and the recipient was delighted with it.

et go, answering all my questions and offering recommendations and solutions to specific needs that i wanted for my ring. Even after receiving the ring, she continues to be of great help and support! Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make a special piece of jewelry!

. And, when I needed to revise the size of the ring she was able to make that happen prior to delivery. Brava Cherie

to communicate with. However, that's about the only wonderful thing about this company. My husband's ring took forever to ship because they were "hand picking" the emerald stones. Once we finally got it, it was beautiful. Worth every penny of the almost $2,000 I spent on it. It was everything my husband imagined, but it was short lived. Within 3 weeks of our wedding, an emerald fell out. Within another week, another one cracked and fell out. My husband is a blue color man and doesn't wear his ring to work. Meaning two stones fell out from due to him wearing this ring on the weekends only! We sent the ring back to be repaired and I requested to be refunded instead. Cherie confirmed that because I was out of the 100 day window, she would not be able to refund me, but they would repair the ring and I could expect a delivery in about 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks later, I emailed to confirm where my husband's ring is and Cherie couldn't tell me. She needed to get with the insurance company. When she finally got back to me, she said it would be another week and a half before it would deliver. 3 days before it was supposed to deliver, Cherie confirmed that the ring couldn't be repaired and they would have to create a new one that would take another 3 weeks to ship. This ring is going to be in a "Shipping" or "Repair" status more than it's going to be on my husband's finger. Please, please, please. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company.

band. I’m very happy with what I’ve purchased from them and will be recommending them to all of my friends!
