With 8,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event space, on-property spa services, and spacious suites, it is the ideal island setting for your beach ceremony, rehearsal dinner, reception, and every special moment in between. Its professional and expert event team knows how to make your special day picture-perfect. Depending on the size and scale of your ceremony and reception, there are several places you can choose to celebrate at DiamondHead Beach Resort. For a more lavish affair, up to 200 of your loved ones can gather barefoot on the beach to watch you and your partner exchange vows and say "I do." Afterward, once cocktail hour has come and gone, you and your guests can head for the Diamond Room. It is an indoor event space, also with a capacity of 200, and the perfect location for an unforgettable night of dining, dancing, and entertainment. For smaller, more intimate weddings, the outdoor terrace, accommodating 72, can be decorated in the colors and style to match your theme. Throughout it all, the staff at the DiamondHead Beach Resort will be there by your side to help in any way they can. From the initial consultation until the day you depart, they will only have eyes for your wedding day. Among the many services provided by the DiamondHead Beach Resort team, they will help book accommodations, organize catering, contact outside vendors, and prepare event rentals to ensure you celebrate the happiest day of your life.

I loved Diamondhead beach resort for both my stay and for wedding venue. Beautiful beach setting and restaurant for my small wedding with about 25 guests. Although it was small, I still had amazing service from the staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Every single person I encountered for 365 days up until our wedding was beyond amazing! Jamie and Marcel really helped me make our dreams come alive and I’m so thankful for them. Every sever, bartender, guest service staff, housekeeper, and maintenance person was absolutely amazing and went the extra mile for us. Nothing, and I mean, nothing could have been better!

This was by far the BEST place to get married. I am from MN, so having to plan everything from states away was scary to me, but Kimberly at DiamondHead truly made it EASY. She was not only helpful during the planning, but the day of and the days leading up to the wedding went sooo smoothly because of her. She made sure we were ALWAYS taken care of. The ceremony went amazing and Kimberly was there for the entire thing. The Reception was beautiful and Kimberly helped make sure my vision came through. All in all, I wish I could go back an do this all over again. My dream wedding!!

We had the most perfect wedding day imagineable at DiamondHead. All of our vendors were incredible, but the resort was perfect. Our coordinator, Kimberly, couldn’t have been better! Her communication was ON point (even when ours wasn’t). She made everything smooth and amazing. She guided us as needed but always reminded us it was our day and we could have it our way. My hubby and I both could go on and on about her! Every detail of the day was perfect. Every guest raved about their stay, view, experience, and the food. We had so many people come up to us and tell us it was the best, most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. It was such an amazing and magical day. The staff was so attentive to our guests and especially to us to make sure we were fed and had fresh beverages. My husband said when he was getting ready in our room, he looked outside and saw Kimberly raking the sand to make it perfect. She seriously went above and beyond to make sure our day was incredible. Our rooms were amazing! Our photos had perfect backgrounds with the sunset. If you are considering getting married here... do it. You will not regret it. The memories and photos will be worth every penny. We cannot get over what an amazing day it was.

Amazing Venue! Kimberly, Marcel and their staff were a total breeze to work with. They were so helpful and their experience really shined. The hotel was recently remodeled and the rooms are very nice and clean. The ballroom was beautiful. Even though it is a public beach they made it feel so private. I would recommend DiamondHead to anyone wanting a beach/destination wedding.

Kimberly Gant at the Diamond Head is wonderful. She takes the time to meet with you as much as you need or want. She goes through everything and is very helpful. I couldn't have done it without her. The Diamond Head was a great place for our wedding and reception, I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to other couples.

We had a fantastic experience using Diamondhead Resort & Spa for our May wedding. The majority of our wedding guests traveled from out of town so having a location that offered ceremony, reception and a place to stay made wedding planning easier. All of our guests loved the beauty of the rooms with a view of the water from every room. The staff at Diamondhead was very attentive and professional and made the day absolutely perfect setting up and taking down everything needed for the ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour on the terrace and reception in the ballroom. The reception area was beautifully decorated and the food was exceptional. The catering manager, Kimberly, was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive to our emails and phone calls and made all our ideas come together perfectly. She is very kind, professional and truly exceptional at her job and she made our wedding day flow without a glitch. I would highly recommend DiamondHead Resort & Spa to anyone looking for beautiful ceremony and reception venue.

Johnny and the staff were so helpful. Anything I needed or had questions on, they'd get right back to me. The weather was perfect for an afternoon wedding with the reception inside. This was exactly what we wanted!

This beautiful hotel has all the ammenities my guests loved. The wedding manager was awesome in assisting me with anything I needed done the day of. The location was perfect on the beach and they even made sure that people were not walking around during the ceremony!

DiamondHead was Amazing! Josh, the Catering Manager, was there to make sure I had everything I needed and wanted. He really did make it all about the bride. He was extremely easy to work with and accommodating. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. I am SO happy we chose this venue!

Diamondhead gave us the wedding of our dreams, the staff and caterers did everything we asked and then some, emails were answered promptly and they took care of any questions or concerns right away. The day was just perfect, the food portions were large and delicious, everyone loved it. The reception hall was decorated nicely and they incorporated extra decorations we brought with no problem. The beach, terrace and reception halls provided the perfect setting for our beach wedding at a price we were more than happy with.

We knew of DiamondHead, but weren't going to even talk about it because we thought we wouldn't be able to afford it. I'm so glad that my father got the information for us, because it was actually very affordable and an amazing value! From day one everyone was not only professional, but genuinely friendly and helpful. All of my questions and emails were answered promptly. It was great to have the ceremony, reception, catering, and tables/chairs/linens, etc all taken care of by one source. Anything we needed (even unique and special requests), they found a way to do it, and sometimes even before I asked! The venue is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the service is first class! Everything from DiamondHead was flawless, and we had a truly stress-free wedding. =)
