Without a doubt the most helpful and professional coordinator. Thinks of things you wouldn't and is always two steps ahead. A true natural in her field. Highly Recommend!
Jennifer is a FANTASTIC wedding planner. She is so easy to talk to, works within your budget, has provided me with so many tips and tricks on how to save money while creating my dr...
eam wedding. From the moment we started working with her she has been as hands on or hands off as we wanted. She is QUICK to respond and has always made me feel heard. We had very specific cultural wedding aspects that we wanted to include in our wedding and she not only accomodated us but also gave us great ideas on how to include our different cultures more in our weddung. I thought I would be a headache bride to deal with, with all of my specific requests. She never made me feel difficult for a second. She always encouraged me to have the wedding we want. She has a lot of great resources and friendships within the industry and has become a great friend. We would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for an event planner. She is a joy to work with and will make your dream wedding come true no matter how little or grand your budget(: Thank you everything you’ve done for us Jennifer!(:
We just got married on June 7th. Jennifer was incredibly responsive from the very beginning even when we were just discussing possible services, and once we had decided to work wit...
h her, she consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was accounted for and working well. She showed a level of dedication and professionalism that made us feel very confident in our choice to use her services, and helped to ease a lot of my bride anxiety all the way through the planning and execution process. Her passion for the work she does is evident. She constantly thought multiple steps ahead and communicated quickly and efficiently. She is also just a lovely person to be around, very kind and easy to trust, thoughtful, attentive, and she made our day very special. Week and day of, she kept us on track, made sure I drank water, got everyone from place to place, helped save some moments that could’ve gotten messed up by other vendors, and kept everything rolling. I would recommend her to literally anyone who has the option of her services, we seriously couldn’t have done it without her. She was the MVP at our wedding. Thank you Jennifer!! You’re the best we love you!!

all the way to the day of coordination. She loves decorating (which I do not) and so she was a huge help when it came to decor details as well. She consistently stayed on top of things that needed to get done. I would definitely recommend her to other brides!

ring throughout the entire process. On the wedding day, she handled every vendor question and need seamlessly so I could truly relax and be present without being pulled in a hundred different directions.
Her emergency kit was also a lifesaver — my heels broke during photos, and she was immediately prepared and helped fix the situation without any added stress. Jennifer truly thought of everything and made our day feel effortless. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about making your wedding day perfect, I cannot recommend Jennifer and Diamonds & Pearls Wedding Coordination enough!

assuring. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped finalize timelines, coordinated with vendors, and made sure all the small details were accounted for so nothing fell through the cracks.
On the wedding day itself, she was absolutely invaluable. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, handled vendor arrivals and setup, managed the schedule, and calmly solved issues before we even knew they existed. Because of her, we were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about logistics or timing.
For the level of service, professionalism, and peace of mind we received, the cost was more than worth it. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free wedding day :)
