This was the first store my fiancé and I went to for an engagement ring. I found the perfect ring there, it was in the lower end of our price range too (5-10k). A lot of their rings are custom so they will be more pricey compared to Macy’s or Kay’s, but competitive with private jewelers. We searched around at tons of other shops but nothing compared to that ring, so my fiancé went back and bought it. Again the ring was custom and it took 3 months to get in. A year later I am still completely in love with the ring. We moved out of state right after we purchased the ring but the shop is helping us by shipping is the matching band.
We had the best experience at Diamonds Forever! We customized my engagement ring with Zach. He's extremely knowledgeable and takes his time explaining everything. He never tried to upsell us and the whole experience was fantastic. I got my future husbands wedding and there as well. I wouldn't waste your time going anywhere else. The service, pricing and quality is amazing!! Go see Zach!!
I purchased a silver quartz necklace set in silver and 12 months later the silver was tarnished to the point I was embarrassed to wear it. When I took it in to inquire about having them reset it in a quality silver, they told me I should expect the silver to tarnish. Frankly, I do not expect a $300 necklace to tarnish from a quality jeweler. If I had bought it for $25 from K-Mart then maybe so, but I have purchased much less expensive silvery jewelry elsewhere that has not tarnished over many years. They did offer to reset it in a better metal at an additional cost, but I feel the price I paid warranted a better metal to begin with. They obviously use cheap metals in their silver jewelry. Beware.
I have very small fingers and wanted a small, simple engagement ring and wedding band. This was the only jewelry store that didn't try to upsell us and made suggestions that took my preferences into account. It didn't hurt that they are a national chain and I can take my ring to get cleaned at any location. I am also an active person and have lost a few diamonds from the band and they have all been replaced free of change.
IT was a little out of our price range that we were looking for but the rings were BEAUTIFUL!!
My husband and I both got our rings from here. The manager took his time over a period of several weeks to show us quality rings as well as answer any questions we had. He also gave us his honest opinion as to why he would or wouldnt chose certain rings. We compared with several other shops in the area and found that we could get quality rings for much less than the major retailers. We are really happy with our decisions!
