We booked with Diamonds Limo for our wedding transportation. Our contract included pickup for the guys first, bringing them to the venue, then coming to pickup the girls and bring ...
them to the venue. The limo arrived on time to pick up the guys, but ended up breaking down on the way to the venue. Luckily, there were a few cars following the limo that were able to pick up the guys in the limo and bring them to the venue. The major issue happened when the limo company failed to provide a backup vehicle for the girls to get to the venue (45 minutes away). Once the guys got the the venue, the limo driver called my phone to let me know what going on and told me that his office manager would be calling me immediately to work out a backup plan. After a half hour of waiting for a phone call, we finally started calling the office to figure out a plan. It was impossible to reach anyone at the office to figure out if we were getting another vehicle or not. After an hour of multiple people calling the limo company, we FINALLY reached the office manager. According to her, the limo driver told her that everyone was already at the venue and the ceremony had begun, so she wasn't working on putting together a backup plan. She then told us that she had no other vehicles to provide to us, and that we were basically out of luck. Even though we only needed transportation to the venue (should have taken about 3 hours total), we had a 5 hour contract with them. Considering that the limo broke down within the first hour of service, there absolutely should have been a backup vehicle provided! We had to scramble to find a way to get to the venue and our ceremony ended up starting 30 mins late. This caused the entire day to feel pretty rushed and we didn't really get time to catch up. Not to mention, many of our vendors were being paid on an hourly basis, so this caused the price for their services to be more than expected. The week after our wedding, I stopped into the office and they refunded our money in full without question. It was great that they didn't fight us on the refund, but that definitely didn't make up for the stress they caused the day of our wedding. If you are looking for transportation for a very special event with a timeline, I wouldn't recommend Diamonds...

en it was all clearly provided and listed on contract. Your paperwork said we had a remaining balance even when you were paid the month before the wedding as requested and the driver argued with the groom and my mother in law about it. The driver was late picking me up, making us late and behind for first look pictures. His driving was poor and the limo was old, even when you’re site said the limo we were getting was NEW. There was food on the seat, and we didn’t bring ANY food into the limo, so my bridesmaid had her dress stained before the ceremony even happened. Overall, I will never recommend your services to anyone and I plan and providing reviews where I can because this was the biggest disappointment and flaw from our wedding and clearly should have went with a competitor.
Please know for future brides, none of this should happen and you need to do a better job at selecting your drivers, and being transparent about your poor services.
Diamonds Limousine almost single-handedly ruined my daughters wedding ceremony !
Where do i begin. One week before the wedding Diamond called to tell us the brakes on the Trolley ...
we ordered broke. Brakes wear out over time, not overnight. I was told i was "lucky" to get a call one week ahead that most companies call one day before. Diamonds Limo requires full payment with a bank check 30 days in advance so we were locked in.
Diamonds offered a limo bus, not the feeling we wanted for an outside ceremony & reception on a farm. We had no choice but to use the limo bus. On the day of the wedding the driver got lost, which was shocking as directions were confirmed several times and easily accessible on GPS.
What happened next was truly unbelievable! Just as we were about to walk down the aisle the driver came up to us waving a piece of paper and asking for a signature.THIS WAS THE STRANGEST AND RUDEST THING I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. She wanted me to sign this paper ( a receipt/acknowledgement that i learned later she was supposed to have us sign at the beginning of the day.) We had no idea what the paper was about, and said we were in the middle of our daughters wedding and she'd have to wait.
Instead, the driver decided to leave DURING THE CEREMONY emiting a loud BEEP when in reverse. BEEP. BEEP. BEEP was all everyone could hear .
I learned later from the driver that it was her boss who told her to leave. Company culture trickles down from the top.

rivers are always nicely dressed. I love Diamonds Limousine so much that we are booking our jack n jill limo bus with them, our wedding limo with them and using there wedding barn for our venue. Debbie & Duane always go above and beyond for there customers. I cant thank them enough for what a wonderful service they give us. We are always going to use diamonds......HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. Better yet they have the best prices in town.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
We rented a shuttle that could accommodate our wedding party, but 20 minutes prior to the arrival time, we were notified that the shuttle had mechanical issues....
We were then sent a stretch limo (supposed upgrade), which could only hold 12 individuals. We had 15. We had to scramble at the last minute in order to get everyone to the church. The vehicle that was sent smelled of vomit! Although the driver was very courteous, when we called the company the following Monday, to express our frustrations, we were extremely unsatisfied with the response of the company. I would highly recommend avoiding using this company!

No champagne, no sign. alled a few places. The price, and the warm and knowledgeable voice on the other end of the phone at Diamond's Limousine is what sold me on their service.
I drove to Rush, Henrietta without an appointment to tour the available limousine's. Although I had not announced my visit, I was pleasantly greeted and offered a tour of the rental vehicles.
By the end of that visit, I had formalized a contract and rented a limo! They were very detailed in the information I needed to provide about my wedding, which I appreciated.
On the morning of my wedding, Diamond's was prompt and patient. We had a bunch of bridesmaids scurrying around, and we were not exactly ready at the appointed time. But Diamond's waited patiently, and when I walked out of the house, I saw a red carpet waiting outside for us, taking us right into the limousine. I was not expecting a red carpet, and I found that little detail emotional.
Our driver was fantastic! All smiles, very professional and unexpectedly fun. We enjoyed having our doors opened and closed for us, and the extra helping hand to assist anyone in or out of the limo was appreciated.
The limo was clean, warm, and a comfortable ride. The outside was decorated in stick-on carnations the color of my wedding, and inside we had champagne, a box of chocolates, and ice. We had trouble popping the champagne cork, so our limo driver pulled over to the side of the road to take care of this for us.
When we arrived at the wedding venue, our driver was awesome by taking pictures of us as we exited, and then taking a few group pictures of us in front of the limo.
He did not hurry us at any point, which was appreciated.
Tipping was expected after he delivered us to our destination, so I made sure to bring cash for that trip.
We would recommend Diamond's Limousine to anyone!

A few months prior to my wedding, the company called me and told me they had sold my limo! The reason I chose this company was because they had a 14 passenger stretch ...
car- not an SUV. They said they were unable to do anything about this and offered to give me an SUV which I reluctantly accepted. Then after confirming my pick-up time and directions, the driver Phillipe called me approx. 9am (ceremony started at 10:30), said he had a flat tire, would not be able to make it to pick us up for another 4-5 hours, and there was no other limos available!!!! Horrible company- DO NOT USE

. I decided to give them a shot. We ordered the charger for four hours and got a honeymoon escape package. The first driver told me he would be 15 minutes early but was actually 15 minutes late (30 minutes later than he said he would be). He didn't call me to let me know he was running late - my husband had to call him. He lied about his excuse for being late but other than that, it was fine. He came prepared with an additional sparkling wine (which was supposed to be champagne) so there were a total of three bottles of sparkling wine. There were mints in the limo as promised and the lighting in the limo was beautiful. The driver was very helpful in helping me and out of it to make sure I didn't get anything on my dress.
The second limo driver was amazing! He not only arrived on time, but he was very polite and we had a great conversation with him on the ride from Rochester to Buffalo. He made sure that I got into the car okay because there was ice and helped me out of the car when we arrived at the hotel. We had to pay a little extra because we were actually running late and didn't make it to Buffalo within an hour (which was actually my husbands and my fault). If the first driver hadn't been late (or at least called) I would have rated them a 4.
The other thing I like is that they call the day before to make sure the times they have are correct and confirm it with you.
FYI: In winter, they do not decorate the limos with your wedding colors.

Called to confirm and they said they didn't have a reservation for us. Told them they had already charged our card. They called us back to say the paperwork wasn't done properly but they still had a limo we could use. This was 3 DAYS before the wedding. Not sure what we would have done if they didn't have one at that point. No apology or anything. Everything else was so-so...limo was nice, but limo driver didn't even help me out of the car when we got to reception. Kind of hard to get out of that little door with a wedding dress on! I would not recommend this company.

ad they explained this the time we signed the contract and made a deposit we would have done things differently. When it came to the day of our Wedding the limo driver did not have good directions and even with people telling him exactly where to go still was going the wrong direction. Also the air conditioning did not work very well at all in the limo and it was a hot day. I have also heard from other people after the fact that they are not the best company to go with.
