You cannot find better customer service, expertise, and selection in the Cincinnati area. I brought in a diamond from a family heirloom and Jessica helped me design a customized ri...
ng for my wife. The end result was better than I could have ever imagined! The design perfectly brings together my grandmother's diamond with new diamonds to join the past with the present . When it came time to purchase our wedding rings there was no debate that we were going back to Diamonds Rock! Thank you for helping make our engagement and wedding day perfect!
Per my Husband, J.D. - "Diamonds Rock has an elegant showroom, and its beauty is only topped by the jewelry it has to offer its customers. They offer a broad variety of fantastic j...
ewelry, at all different price points, ensuring that they can satisfy any customer’s needs. What really separates them from other jewelry stores is how personable their staff is-it’s a family owned business, and they do a great job of making you feel like family the minute you walk through the door. Rather than “pushing” you for to make a decision so they can gain a sale, they invest far more time ensuring that the process of selecting and purchasing a ring is as enjoyable as possible. Beyond just selling me a beautiful ring, they were willing to resize my fiancé’s ring on multiple occasions, and have cleaned it for her free of charge on several times. Making a purchase of that significance-both financially and emotionally-is a serious thing, but they did an amazing job of erasing any nerves I had, and assisted me in putting a smile on my fiancé’s face that I’ll never forget. To the Lane family-thank you for everything; your selection is breath taking, and your service is even better!"
Awesome service and amazing product. I was a first time buyer of jewelry and they walked me through every step of the way. I felt super comfortable and confident that they were h...
elping me find the best fit for what I was looking for. Most importantly, my bride was 100 percent happy with everything!! I will continue to go to Diamonds rock for all of my jewelry needs!!
My experience at Diamonds Rock has been SO amazing. My now husband and I visited when we were thinking about getting engaged back in September of 2015. I knew I wanted a vintage st...
yled ring and an aquamarine center stone. The first ring they showed us was the one. There was no question about it. They easily could customize it with the aquamarine center stone and gave us a fair quote and told my husband to call when he was ready. There was no pressure, no trying to close the sale, nothing. It was so refreshing after having shopped all morning at stores that didn't want you to leave without buying something. And on top of that, they stayed within our budget. My husband bought the ring a few weeks later and proposed a few months after that.
A couple of months ago we went back for our wedding bands. Again, they worked with our style requests and found us both rings we absolutely love. To this day, every time I visit for a cleaning, the staff is so friendly and you feel like you are a part of the family.
From my experience here, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have won a lifelong customer!

nique. When we went back for our wedding bands, she made a custom band to fit with my engagement ring. She was personal and easy to work with. My husband and I are so thankful for all her help and highly recommend Diamonds Rock to anyone!
Great job and wouldn't go anywhere else.
LOVE my ring. I'm in the wedding industry and see girls rings all the time. At wedding shows I started looking at the ring booths for the ring I would want when my boyfriend finall...
y popped the question. Every time I kept going back to the same one and only ever saw it at the Diamonds Rock's booth. I told my boyfriend and his sisters all about it. I finally got him to the store to show it to him and introduce him to Dennis. I browsed some more, but kept going back to the one ring. Well I finally got the ring. Dennis was a great help to my fiancé/husband. We went back to Dennis for my husbands wedding ring too. He is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Diamonds Rock!
We looked at a few jewelers before finding our rings at Diamonds Rock. Each of them showed us only rings that were above our budget after telling us that our budget was reasonable...

nd showed us exactly what we wanted to see and were strict to stay within what we had budgeted. It was so nice to not be talked at or sold to but to be listened to for the wedding bands we plan to wear the rest of our lives. Definitely recommend going in to see them for other jewelry needs! They even polished an old pair of earrings for me that were purchased from a different jeweler!!!
Great prices, nice people.
My engagment ring is absolutely stunning. They worked with my husband to make a custom design that makes everyone else jealous!! We then, purchase a simple matching wedding band ...
as well as his band there. I think we paid a bit too much for the wedding bands Customer service was excellent.

tch and it is AMAZING. I still get compliments on it daily. One of the things we appreciated most is that they can truly work with ANY budget because they do all of the design and fabrication in-house... andyou come away with a unique setting! In addition, the customer service you receive from Dennis and his team at Diamonds Rock is exceptional to say the least. We have never had a negative experience with them. In fact we have referred at least 6 couples that have used them as well! (So, when you go in, ask for Dennis and tell them Meghan and Kevin sent you... they all know who we are by now)! We will never buy jewelry from another jeweler again!
I designed my husband's band on my own and Diamond Rocks was able to do a great job of matching his stones and keeping the ring small enough for my hand. Price was great
