o her being close to her due date. That was fine with me after speaking and getting to know Diana a little bit. However, come the day of, I don’t believe Diana was there at all and my coordinator did not seem to know what was going on. Other vendors of mine ended up complaining to me about the day of coordinator saying she had no idea about many design elements I know I went over with her in our meeting and that was in the binder I created. She did not help coordinate pictures and the flow of cocktail hour as well, making pictures really difficult as I was stuck rounding people up for a big group picture. She did not pack up our cake, a few of our items were lost and she also packed items that belonged to our venue and were sent home with us. The most disappointing part was that the coordinator ended up putting my wedding shoes on my bolero, and there is now a huge black stain on it. This was to be an heirloom piece for my family. I brought my concerns up to Diana and she was dismissive of all of my complaints. Pretty disappointed.

someone who is even more organized than I am! When our original wedding venue went out of business with less than three months until our big day, Diana stepped up and essentially helped us re-organize half of our wedding. She is incredibly organized, patient, communicative and helped me stay calm and reassured during what would otherwise have been a very stressful time. She is exceptional at working with wedding vendors to make the day flow seamlessly. And when our DJ couldn't come last minute due to a medical emergency, Diana worked with them to come up with a plan b and when she share the news with me, a solution was already in place. One of my bridesmaids even turned to me randomly during dinner and said "by the way, your coordinator is a superstar"! I cannot say enough good things about Diana and would recommend her to anyone a million times over!
