Such a magnificent display of white roses and lush greens created an unforgettable experience. Literally so many guests were in complete awe of the tall center pieces and, no one had never seen anything like it. Your services were greatly appreciated. You were so caring, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. While we had trouble articulating the floral look we wanted, you were able to read our minds and managed to put together the perfect look and feel for our special day. Thank you for everything. de my wedding dreams come true. From the chuppah to the centerpieces, to the small details on my welcome sign and the cake, everything was so beautifully done. Iris was always available and open to my questions and suggestions, putting forth her expertise and experience to ensure everything was done perfectly. All vendors should look at Iris as the gold standard of how to run a business properly and she truly made this experience so easy for me. Now I have the memories/photos to last a lifetime!

She completely understood my vision and made it a reality on my wedding day. The first time I walked into the reception room, I cried. The floral arrangements and candles were breathtaking. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything turned out. Iris made the entire process so easy and I could not recommend her enough. eam we were convinced we had made the right choice. We were originally assigned an event designer that was later changed but we were fine with the change because the new designer, Alexis Sposato seemed great. She was very honest and direct which helped us all made important design decisions efficiently. After visiting the showroom and finalizing the event design, we were ready for the big day. Unfortunately, the wedding day wasn’t at all what we had been anticipating and Alexis’ unprofessionalism not only wasn’t expected but was completely outrageous. After the ceremony, we walked into the dinner space and I immediately noticed that the center pieces, which we had agreed on numerous times, were wrong. There was a mixture of glass vases and gold candelabras when we agreed in the final run through that we would have gold candelabras throughout the entire dinner space. When I pointed out the mistake, Alexis got extremely defensive and refused to acknowledge that the centerpieces were wrong, even indicating that the mistake was ours. After a few minutes of a heated exchange and our planner trying to calm me down, I finally walked away completely taken aback by what was happening. I was later told that Alexis stormed out shortly after the exchange without seeing the execution of the event through which I could not believe. She committed to providing flowers for the tiered cake we had, and did not do that so our planner ended up handling that for us. The staff at our amazing NYC wedding venue, commented to us that they have never seen a florist/ design team conduct themselves this way. It took us over a year to address this directly because we truly hoped, Alexis or someone else from the DG team would reach out to us proactively to apologize for the completely inappropriate behavior but unfortunately no one ever did. Given our poor experience with the team we could never in good conscience recommend this company to friends, family, colleagues or clients for personal or corporate events nor would we want to. I hope that their other clients are never subjected to the unprofessionalism, rudeness and plain disregard for decency as we were.

hat were unknown to most NYC vendors. Jen took on the challenge and designed a beautiful Brazilian desert table for my wedding. I was really impressed with the results and received so many compliments at the wedding!

ting, Jen immediately understood what I wanted from my flowers, and even came up with a great compromise of only doing a few tall centerpieces, since I really didn't the idea of them, but had a large space to fill. She also knew our venue extremely well, which took a lot of stress off of me (always a bonus!). I didn't see Jen the day of, but she did call to let me know all was well - though honestly, I was not worried at all! My husband and I were blown away when we saw the room for the first time - it was absolutely stunning! My vision was executed perfectly, probably even better than I envisioned. Jen worked hard and showed great professionalism throughout this process - not every vendor we dealt with in our wedding planning process had shown that, which made Jen and everyone at Diana Gould stand out!

She was clearly aware of trends and I was so impressed as she shared pictures, Pinterest boards and ideas that aligned with everything we wanted. Over the months of planning, she became a vital part of our process as we collaborated with her on ideas and planning. Jennifer knew how to handle all of the personalities in the process and managed all of our (stressful) requests like a pro. She maintained an awareness of budget while thinking through every last detail. In the days leading up to our wedding and on the big day, she was thoughtful, calm and available. I could not have asked for a better experience with DGL and Jennifer.

And arranged so nicely and everything on point. The lighting, the ceilings, Jennifer went all out. Everything I expected, and some things I didn't. I would recommend them again and again.

At first, it seemed I would have to go to another vendor because the quoted price was a bit much (I had big dreams and had already run over budget), but they made sure to make it a reality within my budget and even threw in little details that I hadn't asked for that were so cute and just made it phenomenal. Although I ended up spending a bit more than I wanted to, it was absolutely well worth it and this is one vendor I would *highly* recommend.

. she was very accommodating when it came to previewing my bouquet. Due to hurricane Sandy, I was pretty busy in the days leading up to the wedding and she sent me pictures of the bouquets because I wasn't able to come in. The colors weren't quite what I wanted so she created another bouquet and died the flowers to colors I wanted. It was perfect. Beware, there is a $5000 minimum but if you're having a big wedding you're probably going to end up spending more than that anyway.
