Diana Ladio is a Traverse City, MI-based wedding musician who can help elevate your long-awaited celebration. Owner and operator Diana is a touring professional violinist (for many years with The Moxie Strings) who loves playing weddings. She has over 15 years of experience serenading couples and specializes in delicate, beautiful violin sounds that perfectly complement any location and ambiance. Diana performs with sound equipment that resembles a small string ensemble and with varying levels of amplification to suit any space. She often plays without sheet music, guaranteeing perfect timing and emotive playing. Diana learns and performs all genres so that musical selections could include cover songs, Irish/Celtic tunes, traditional wedding pieces, bluegrass/folk, and original peaceful/happy melodies. Cocktail hour and dinner music can include more upbeat cover songs, fiddle tunes, and originals. Offerings most often include: * 20-30 minutes of prelude music * Processional songs for family, bridesmaids, and brides. * Music during service (unity candle, sand pouring, etc.) * Recessional song * Cocktail Hour * Dinner Music Diana also: * Learns cover songs * Attends rehearsal * Meets virtually with couples to discuss music * Meets with wedding coordinator and/or DJ to discuss logistics * Coordinates all sound equipment requirements * Loves being a part of the big day! :)
