rences. Ultimately I ended up trying on an unexpected dress at the end of my appointment that I thought looked fun and we had time to kill and I absolutely fell in love with the dress. To no one's fault but my own it was more money than I wanted to spend. I ended up leaving the appointment undecided between 4 dresses I loved, but ultimately could not stop thinking about the final unexpected dress I had tried on. I decided to make another appointment the next day to try on the 4 dresses again on my own and ended up getting the dream dress I couldn't stop thinking about and Diana and the team were willing to work with me on the cost of the dress due to a weird scenario with it where they were no longer going to be carrying that brand, but another bride had already been given the dress I had tried on and was planning to buy the sample dress. They ended up ordering me a brand new dress for a great price that I could afford and the new dress was made to fit me almost perfectly. I had to do very little alterations on the dress as far as the overall fit and only had to hem it and bring it in just slightly. The dress also had sleeves that I had altered to be a different style I liked better. Our alterations specialist (also named Molly) was so sweet and very knowledgeable. Her and her team that completed the alterations did a wonderful job. I got so many compliments on the dress all night and had the best time wearing it all day. After the wedding I dropped the dress off at Diana's to be cleaned and preserved for what seems like a reasonable and comparable price to other places. Overall, I ended up spending within my budget or less on every service I had completed with Diana's Bridal. I can't wait to see wedding photos of my dress and to have it with me forever.

We worked with Renata to do all my alterations and my dress turned out PERFECTLY even with some serious dress alterations. While my dress (plus alterations) were definitely more on the expensive side and I for sure could have found something cheaper somewhere else, I am so glad I went with Diana's Bridal because of their attention to detail, kindness, and support throughout the whole process. They made me feel at ease and were Plus-Size/Curvy friendly, and inclusive of all body types. I would highly recommend going to Diana's Bridal! My dress arrived in plenty of time and I was also able to get my tailoring done there by a seamstress. The process as a whole was very efficient and great overall.

ized a surprise for me when I arrived—my future mother-in-law, whom I adore, was waiting for me in my room! Kate Davis was my bridal consultant, and she was an absolute gem. Her experience shone throughout the appointment, especially since I was the type of bride who knew what I *didn’t* want but had no clue what I *did* want. When I tried on a dress that I absolutely loved but hated how it looked in the back, Kate immediately reassured me with, ‘That’s an easy fix!’ She quickly rearranged the fabric so the back of the dress lay exactly the way I wanted. Right then and there, I had my ‘say yes to the dress’ moment—I even cried! Kate also helped me find the perfect veil and arranged for the dress to be shipped directly to my home in California, where I could do fittings and alterations. The shop had an adorable ‘I said yes!’ chair for photos, and the team was wonderful in advising me on how to alter and safely transport the dress for the wedding (carry-on bags only!). They even offered a service to steam both the dress and veil! Kate and Diana’s Bridal gave me and my family the perfect wedding dress experience, and I am beyond grateful!

that they held my dress for me (for more than a year), and my tailor did an excellent job with the alterations. I wish they would be a bit more flexible with appointment times after the initial appointment, and I didn’t receive confirmations for my last couple of visits, but otherwise everything was great.

on as I tried on my wedding dress at Diana’s I knew it was THE dress. They had a ton of different options at various price points which was so helpful. I actually ended up spending less than anticipated on my dress. The quality and fit was amazing and the process for alterations was quick and easy. Every person I worked with there was friendly, attentive, and truly cared about making my dress perfect for the big day. I also appreciated the fact that they stored my gown for me so I didn’t need to worry about bringing it home. I’m using them to clean and box my dress which was offered at a discount within 60 days of getting married. I highly recommend!!!!

Though many of the other dresses she brought me to try were also really beautiful and it made for a tough decision! But I just fell in love with that first dress! I gave it some time to think about it and then I came back for a second appointment about a month later to try the dress back on. But I wanted to try on just a few more styles to be absolutely sure about it before I bought my dress, and she did a good job finding me some variety! They were all very pretty, but I couldn't help it--I was ready to try back on "my" dress!! I just felt so beautiful in it, and it was just what I was looking for! The buying and receiving of my dress were so easy, too, and much quicker than I expected. And then I brought it back to Diana’s for alterations, and those could not have gone more smoothly! Allie was so kind and was patient and understanding when I asked to facetime my mom and mother in law at each appointment! And she was open to my ideas when it came time for the bustle of my train. I didn’t like the over or under bustle options, so I did some research and ended up asking for a french bustle, and she was able to make it happen! And she executed it so beautifully!! I was honestly obsessed with the bustle *almost* more than the train itself! It gave major twirl factor! I was also a bit anxious about how thin the straps were on my dress, especially for a busty girl like me, but she assured me that they would hold up. And she even reinforced them for me when I couldn’t let it go! (They did hold up, for the record!!). I would wear this dress every damn day if I could, and I’d happily go back to Diana’s if I could do it all over again! Definitely recommend!!

ause I was definitely one of those brides who went in wanting a specific gown and I'm so happy that the stylist also picked one different from what I had imagined! The first dress I tried on was the one she had pulled for me. I was shocked at how much I loved it when I put it on. I tried a few more on, but couldn't stop thinking about this first dress. I tried it back on and that was it, I bought it! Alterations department was amazing! She did so much work because it was a sample off the rack and I needed to have the back (intricate designs and illusion) taken out and it ended up fitting like a glove! The majority of my wedding party is from out of state, so at one of my fittings, Molly, told me, "Don't worry I'll be your stand in bridesmaids." She held my phone for me while I facetimed with my mom and help me pick out the best hair accessory and earrings to go with the dress. I cannot say enough about this bridal salon! Every dress she pulled was gorgeous - they really have an amazing selection here, even in extended sample sizes. And she is just so fun and easy to talk to! The whole experience was truly one of the best along my shopping journey - welcoming, encouraging, fun, stress-free, attentive but not pushy, and just happy. My dress ended up being at another store, but I would have been thrilled to go through Diana's. Brides, please book an appointment here! THIS is absolutely the kind of store you will want to work with for such a special chapter in life!!! :)

I was nervous and didn't have a super clear idea or vision of what I wanted and my consultant, Sophie, immediately put me at ease and was able to figure out exactly what I was looking for despite me having an incredibly hard time even figuring it out myself. Parking was super easy to find - and free! When we got there they were very attentive to the needs of my group (number of people & my mother was on crutches) and the overall space is beautiful and welcoming. I truly cannot say enough great things about Sophie. She was so much fun, an amazing hype woman, and made me not only feel beautiful and confident but important. She had such a genuine kindness and it was so easy to be honest with her and trust her right off the bat. Sophie realllllllllly knows her stuff and did an impeccable job pulling styles for me. She was so intentional with which dresses she pulled and the order that she had me try them on. One of my biggest fears was having the dresses all start to blend together and she made sure that didn't happen. Each time I tried a dress on we talked through what I liked, what I didn't, and what I would change. Just verbalizing those things helped me uncover how I actually felt about each dress. I ended up finding the most perfect and beautiful and affordable dress!!!! And also my veil - the first one that Sophie pulled!!!! Lots of tears, cheers, and hugs were had and it was truly a magical experience. They also have the cutest photo op space which was super fun! During the actual purchasing process, they were completely transparent with the contract, cost, timeline, next steps, etc. which was incredibly appreciated since this is such a big purchase. And the entire time I was there I ALWAYS felt like my happiness was the utmost priority and I wasn't just another sale. I will 100% be back for alterations :)

Everything I love about this shop -they post the dresses they have in store to their pinterest so you can screeenshot a few to show at your appointment and try on -they are amazing at pulling dresses for you to fit the styles you like and vibe you're going for (and 1-2 different just in case) -they are so quick! They helped me get the dresses off the hangers and I was in and out of the dresses quickly. I tried on about 8 dresses in an hour and ended up going with the first i tried on haha -the prices are very reasonable compared to others in Chicago/area! -you can do alterations in house, which I did and am so glad! The tailor was very nice and did a great job -they stored my dress at the shop until I picked it up after my final alteration -not to mention the shop itsself is so cute! I am not kidding when I say almost everyone commented on how beautiful my dress was at my wedding. I had 4 of my husband's parent's friends/wives come up to me and ask to take pictures of my dress and asked where I got it from because their daughters are getting married soon and they said it was the most beautiful dress they have ever seen. Well Mariah made my decision so difficult that I had to leave come back and I said yes to the dress at Diana’s bridal ! Best decision ! terrible experience at a different salon, and still thinking of the dress I found at Diana’s, I returned to Diana’s with my mom and MOH. The process was so easy, and the staff was very accommodating. I returned to Diana’s for my bridesmaids’ dresses, and even when there was a mistake made on the designer’s end with one of the dresses, they worked with Diana’s bridal to make it right - something I appreciate when doing business with a company. Overall, it was a wonderful experience - I highly recommend looking for a dress at Diana’s Bridal!

ice. The entire team at Diana’s was an absolute pleasure and I am so glad I visited this store. I am petite sized (4’11) and I was very nervous to begin the process of trying on wedding dresses. I expected to feel overwhelmed and like everything was way too big for me. My first visit was in November 2020 with Melissa. She was very helpful and understanding. Melissa called me a few days before my first appointment to ask questions regarding the location/vibe of my wedding and to get to know me a little bit before we met in person. This was a great touch! When we met, we tried on a few different styles and every time I wasn’t too fond of a dress, Melissa took inventory of what she had selected and revised our dress slate based on my feedback. She was professional and I loved her positive attitude. Towards the end of my appointment, I hadn’t found “the one” and Melissa did not push for a second appointment. She told me to sleep on it and call back when I was ready. Silly me visited two other bridal salons to see “what else was out there.” What a waste of my time. Diana’s Bridal set high standards for any appointment and the other two fell extremely short. I immediately called back, scheduled a second appointment at Diana’s, met with Rita and found the one! The store is beautiful! There are so many dresses! My only regret is snoozing on ordering my bridesmaid dresses from here. The selection is amazing! It is always better to order dresses with plenty of time. If you need further convincing, follow them on Instagram! Their feed is another reason I chose this store. They post upcoming sales, giveaways, and new dresses coming into the store. My wedding was earlier this month and I received so many compliments on my dress. I felt so confident, happy and I will never forget my husband’s face as I walked down the aisle. Thank you for all your help!
