We only found out from our guests later and when we asked her she admitted to it but said it was to our benefit since this was an excellent photographer. She would not return any money for this breach of contract (since our contract was with her and not the "colleague"). We later found out the reason why she had her colleague take photos - she wanted to enjoy our wedding as if she was a guest, socializing with the male single guests, eating and drinking (we received invoices from the staff for her food and the bar also told us she was drinking at the bar, but they assumed she was a guest so they served her-it was open bar). We did not agree to her eating and drinking at our event and did not find out until after. She did admit to eating but refused to pay anything for her breach of contract or for her meal or drinks. She saw that we were getting married at a very exclusive and expensive resort and decided she wanted to be a guest and enjoy our party. She is a disgraceful, unethical individual.
