w min of giving them an idea of what I want they were able to find my dream dress. The very first dress I tried on was the one and I am so thankful that I decided to come to this place. Bonus my dress was also on the sale rack! I could not believe I found such a beautiful dress for the price I paid. The ladies at this store are so amazing and professional! They made me feel special and showed me a dress I would have never even thought about trying but it was something I didn’t even know I needed until I saw it. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone who is looking for a designer and beautiful dress on a budget they had a huge selection of dresses to choose from on sale!

have to speak on my experience with the lack of professionalism I experienced. There were many times Nicky and the alterations woman (don't recall her name) would talk about me as if I wasn't there, make me feel judged, and just mistreated. Specifically, there was one time I went in for a fitting after my bachelorette party (knowing I had gained 5 lbs.) After not fitting in my dress, she "ugh, another girl this morning gained fifteen pounds and didn't fit into her dress either" basically upset that she had to undo her work (that she is getting paid to do). While also making me feel so terrible I went in the bathroom and cried. Rather than being met with compassion or understanding, I felt completely judged, humiliated, and belittled. There were times I would bring my step daughter with me and they didn't even change the behavior then! With a child with me!! They still treated us like trash. I am upset I had to even write this because I wanted to love this place. I had read amazing reviews and just thought to myself could this even be the same place? It is just unfortunate.

It’s a small little boutique, but the dresses are absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing and helpful and made me feel comfortable. I bought my dress off the rack because of my budget, but it is exactly what I wanted! And when I was to describe the dress I wanted, the staff made recommendations that were spot on! ,

’s exactly what you want when you’re looking for the dress of your dreams!!! I went to another bridal shop down the street called S*****‘s!!! Their staff is rude and disrespectful and do not care about the customer at all!!! When I walked in they took one look at me and you could tell that because I wasn’t the pageant girl type (tall and skinny) they didn’t want to help me!!! I told them I was looking for dress for my 20th anniversary!!! But, because I wasn’t there stereo type customer they didn’t even bother to help me!!! I told them the dress I was looking for and they said the dress has been discontinued and that I was better off shopping for it online and they really couldn’t help me!!! They didn’t even try to show me anything else and had the attitude that I couldn’t afford the dresses in their shop anyway!!! Whatever, you really have no idea the customer you just lost!!! After feeling defeated at S*****‘s!!! I left and found this amazing little bridal shop call Diane’s and I’m so glad I did!!! I never thought I would find the perfect dress for my 20th anniversary!!! The dress I got is completely different than what I was looking for!!! However, Nikki really listened to everything I was saying and thought completely outside of the box and because of that I found the perfect dress!!! She knows how to do her job so well that she was able to find me the perfect dress and it was the first one she picked out!!! The dresses are all reasonably priced and they are able to do all alterations in house!!! It is so nice to be able to find such an amazing bridal shop that still have that small town feel!!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!! You guys are absolutely hands-down the best bridal shop in the DFW area!!! Again, thank you Nikki and staff you guys are awesome!!!

I walked in and they really helped me narrow down the dresses I liked into maybe 7 or so dresses and then tried them on and eliminated options until I was down to 2 and she helped me decided which dress to go with. I am so in love with my dress and cannot wait to show my groom ;) thank you so much! I am so happy, excited, elated and all of those wonderful synonyms!!!!

re amazed! Nicky listened to what I wanted and watched as I made my selections. After trying on a few dresses she went and grabbed a dress that she thought would be a good pick for me. She was so right!! I left without buying but came back and said yes to that dress! It is absolutely perfect and I can't wait for it to come in. I was so amazed at how easy she made the whole experience for me. She answered all of my questions and gave some very helpful suggestions that will help me as I finish the alterations process. the competition. In walked Nicky and she saved the day for us. She is a top notch professional and knows what she's doing. My daughter tried on one or two dresses and by the third dress, she had on "the one." It fit her like it had been specially made for her. We bought it off the rack but it looked like it was custom fit just for my daughter. The veil she picked was perfect as well. Within an hour of arriving. we had our dress and veil. The best part about it was, the dress was ours and we didn't have to wait for it. We couldn't have been happier and more relieved to have gotten the dress and veil four months before the wedding! Nicky also made a recommendation for the DJ we used. Tandy through DJ Connections was amazing. We would recommend Diane's hands down for anyone looking for anything that has to do with a wedding.
