I did not have a good personal experience. Nice bouquet yet they didn’t respect the most important criteria agreed on, upon purchase. Everything was repeated to me clearly by the sales rep and somehow the finished product didn’t abide on what I insisted on. I don’t know where the miscommunication happened but it is unacceptable to see your product not match your order. The business didn’t acknowledge fault when I saw the bouquet and they let me walk out disappointed and crying the day of my event. Upon complaint I was met with negativity, and whoever is responsible for feedback tried to discredit my experience by saying I never gave specifics, then contradicts themselves by claiming that what I was requesting was impossible for them to do (which should have been declared upon order, if the case). I do not recommend this business simply because of lack of organization and really bad customer service (my sales rep was wonderful; I think the owner or a manager was the unfriendly one). They stare at you and don’t even greet you when you walk in which should have been my first clue to leave.

I felt like Michelle (the wedding specialist) saw what I saw. She took her time with me and my mom and did exactly as I asked. The flowers were on time, fresh,and absolutely beautiful.

First of all, DiBella's is such a great local organization and recommend everyone use them for all their floral needs throughout the year. Support local business!! As for the wedding, I can't say enough. The flowers were just gorgeous and they really worked with me to create exactly what I envisioned. Can't say enough good things about them!

Loved Cindy she was a huge help and I was her bride up to the day. Our flowers were beautiful but didn't with stand the heat very well.
