Day of the wedding very professional, but getting the final product was a mess. I didn't get my wedding DVD until 5 months after the wedding and received no free sneak peak trailer/highlight. Also not all the wedding footage was on the DVD, he left out parts. My mother paid $1,000 towards the media before the wedding...I had to reach out to him in Sept. asking the status of my media in production. And he said that I needed to pay; after I told him he should already have the money, he then "looked into my folder" and that indeed we did pay. He had a $1,000. and sat on it for 2 months. My husband and I were in the process of being stationed overseas and it was like pulling teeth to get him to mail the media to us before we left. I still would like to have a highlight clip of our wedding that was apparently free and so promised.

Words cannot express how truly grateful my husband and I are to have Dick record our wedding and prep. He was excellent at communicating, very professional, and great at capturing all the moments. I can imagine most people would think why do I need a videographer? We can give you so many. My husband and I are extremely close with our families, we have an enormous amount of love for them, and you wouldn’t think that your video might be the last time of capturing their happiness. 5 days after our wonderful wedding, my cousin’s husband was killed in an accident, a few weeks later my aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer and has been going through chemo since, my uncle passed unexpectedly about two weeks after that, and a few weeks later, my mother in law was in a hit and run where she was in ICU and pulled through after almost a month in a rehab hospital...this video captured everyone of those beautiful individuals. Dick made sure we had our moments together and with our families. He followed up with us quickly after the day, let us know step by step. I’ve learned you can’t rush to receive it (as we really wanted to see if our family members made it on the video), Dick made everything come together. Words can’t describe the feeling of happiness, emotion, and love we felt in that video and Dick truly made it happen. Richard was very professional. Everywhere we turned he was right there filming us. So we are very excited to see the video. We also emailed him our honeymoon pictures and he will incorportate those in as well. He was very nice and easy to talk to.

Dick did a fabulous job! He really makes it a point to capture all of the special moments of the evening. He puts together a wonderful DVD that will last a life time. he was accommodating to our needs. he was present throughout the entire night.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with a videographer for our wedding but my mom really wanted us too. Our wedding coordinator recommended Dick Osso and we were pleasantly surprised! He was extremely professional. His style is subtle; I didn’t feel like a bright, white light was following us around all night! Dick is great and only requires a $50 deposit. You pay for the video upon receiving it.

he showed up late to my house, never went to the grooms house, havent seen the video so not sure what the quality will be like , hopefully its better than the service.

Dick was great at our wedding. He started a the church and stayed all the way to the very end of the reception. We haven't seen the final video but he was always walking around getting great video of guests dancing and mingling. I would recommend him to anyone!

The videographer was very courteous and easy to work with. He was there for the entire event, beginning to end. His prices were very reasonable and the video came out fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Dick was almost invisible and our video is awesome! I hardly noticed his camera all night long. He offers several different packages but we went for a larger package because his reviews were so good. His prices are very reasonable too. Our video has all sorts of menu features and highlight videos put to music. We love it!;It took a little long for us to receive our video but we were slightly delayed getting our media to Dick. It was worth the wait though! We could tell he spent time on our memories!

We had not met our videographer before our event. It was not a big budget item for us. He was the nicest person to work with. He was so flexible and helpful.
