I knew everything that day would be a blur and pass us by super fast, but Diego and Roland were surely able to capture every moment at every angle of our big day; working their magic into a short film that brings back tears and memories to many. Customer service and satisfaction is their #1 PRIORITY! Diego was great and super fast with all of his communication and I, NOT ONCE, EVER got the impression that my questions were too much or like I was wasting his time . Diego and his assistant Roland were professional, fun, upbeat, friendly, and most importantly, EXTREMELY RELIABLE! Our trailer came out 3 weeks later and I kid you not, we have watched it 150-200x in the past ten days. All of our guests were blown away by DSF. We received compliments like "it was best wedding video they have ever seen" or "wondering when its airing in the movies" lol. Thank you Diego and Roland for everything!!! Having been able to work with them is a blessing. HUGE THANKS and SHOUT OUT to Youtube and Vimeo for hosting all of his videos, because without social media, I never would have found him since we live in California. Anyone who is outside of Florida and looking to hire them as destination videographer for their wedding, the extra fee is well worth it!!!!!!! n we found Diego, and we watched EVERY SINGLE video of his. They are that good!!! I don’t even know any one of the people and his videos and I cried in every single one and that is not exaggerating. Even Alex cried in all of them! We knew instantly that we wanted to book him for our big day! He was one of the first few vendors we booked before anything, and we are so very glad that we did. Once our day arrived, we were really nervous about sounding a certain way or acting a certain way in front of cameras and voice recorders, because let’s be real, who likes their voice when hearing it recorded? But that was a waste of a worry. Not once did we feel even slightly uncomfortable. It felt like we had known Diego and Roland forever! When some of our other vendors found out that they are the team we hired, they flipped! They were so excited to be a part of a wedding that they were filming! The duo was so insanely kind to every guest of the wedding, and especially our parents and wedding party. We even stayed up late the night before the wedding watching some of their other videos, and of course bawling our eyes out. When the day was over, we were so sad to have to go our separate ways, but even more excited to see our video! The estimated time was 8-12 weeks and I think they must have been joking! Not even 3 weeks later, we have our full video back. SPEECHLESS. From the first second we couldn’t stop crying. It felt like we were able to attend our own wedding and see it from someone else perspective. The day is relived every time we watch our video. For that alone, we will be eternally grateful!!! Fast forward a week later and our video has over 7,000 views and almost 100 shares mostly from complete strangers! Our goal was for others to see the love we have for each other, and that is an understatement after seeing his video! We are blown away with the talent these 2 men have. They truly make you feel like super stars, and the video is like a movie. We cannot thank them enough for the amazing time we had with them, and out BEAUTIFUL video! Spending money was a definite issue when I didn't think the service was worth the cost. Diego well exceeded my expectations and was perfect in every way imaginable. I have honestly watched our wedding video Diego created, no joke, probably 100 times and I cry EVERY SINGLE TIME. It perfectly captures all the love and fun myself, my groom, and everyone else had. It brings me back to our big day every time I play it. I could not have asked for a greater gift. If you are concerned about any interruptions or distractions, let me tell you they flowed through the entire day without missing a step. Yes you're smiling and posing and this and that all day, but never at any point did I feel like they took away any of the intamacy of our wedding or the partying at the reception. In shots of just myself or just the groom, we never once felt awkward or uncomfortable. This coming from the type of people who have no clue what to do in front of a camera.
