We were absolutely floored by the final films Chris created. It was above and beyond anything we had expected and Chris and his assistant were really fun to have around at the wedding. They were low key and got along great with our photographer and we couldn't be more satisfied with his studio.

Our wedding was on August 1st in New Jersey and we couldn't have had a better time. Chris and his partner perfectly captured the vibe of our day, and without even being noticable. Our videos came out amazing and Digital Memories was probably the best vendor we hired. I definately recommen Chris and his studio to any new brides looking to have an amazing memory of their day!

I began working full time as a cameraman and editor in 1997 while attending the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, NY, where I majored in film/video editing. Upon graduating in 2000, I opened my own video production studio, Digital Memories Event Video, which has become my sole focus and passion. I've since traveled all across the east coast to capture hundreds of weddings, and I've worked at many of NJ and NY's most popular venues.
I also created a sister company, Firelight Digital, which focuses on commercial and web based production outside of the event spectrum.

Working with Chris was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, he was flexible and thoughtful, helping us find a package and price point that tr...
uly worked for us without sacrificing quality. Chris seamlessly combines a documentary approach with cinematic artistry, capturing authentic, unscripted moments and behind-the-scenes details while elevating everything into a polished, film-like final cut.
Chris also guided us on how many videographers we’d need for our day. For our 200-person wedding, we went with two videographers for 10 hours, and it was absolutely the right call. Every moment was captured from multiple angles, and no detail was missed.
After the wedding, his professionalism continued to shine. He was extremely responsive, and we were blown away when our trailer was ready just a few days later. He was also incredibly easy to work with as we requested edits, both for the trailer and later for the full film. He truly listened and made the process feel collaborative and stress-free.
One thing we especially appreciated was receiving all of the raw footage from the day. While we still have hours and hours to watch, we already know there are countless behind-the-scenes moments and special memories captured that we’ll cherish forever.
If you’re looking for a videographer who is talented, communicative, and genuinely invested in preserving your day in the most meaningful way, we couldn’t recommend Chris more highly.

He made the whole experience feel natural and comfortable, which is exactly what we wanted. We barely even noticed he was there, but when we watched the footage, it was clear he had captured EVERYTHING on our wedding day beautifully.
The video itself turned out better than we could have imagined. We’ve already watched it so many times, and every time we do, it feels like we’re reliving the day all over again. Turnaround time was great too, we received our video quickly.
We can’t recommend Digital Memories enough! If you want a team that is professional, fun, and who will give you a wedding video you'll cherish forever, these are your guys.

There was no harsh lighting. His drone shots were unbelievable. Not only did we receive all the raw footage, but he sent our video back in a timely manner. I’m so happy that we chose Chris’ company Digital Memories Events to capture all of the video footage of our wedding day! We were lucky to have Chris himself and then his assistant...
(also Chris) who were super outgoing, kind, and professional to work with. His communication was very good throughout the entirety of our wedding planning, and following up with us on payments, song selections, etc. We had a bit of a timeline hiccup on the wedding day but Chris made sure to accommodate us and everything we wanted capture for the day. We received our wedding trailer about two weeks after the wedding, which was SO fast and everyone absolutely loved it. It was beautifully done, and we can’t wait to see all of the raw footage and the full “movie” of the day! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reasonably priced videographer that is basically with you the entire day and gives you so much!

We are so happy that we chose Chris as our wedding videographer! He was very easy and pleasant to work with. He answered questions when we had them, and delivered what he promised....
Back at the reception venue, he had a very compact camera and blended into the party, so he was able to capture lots of candid moments. He even used his drone at times, and we can't wait to see how it came out!
We would highly recommend Chris shoot video for your event!

Chris S. is the owner and his work is incredible. I have done my fair share of research for a photographer and videographer by looking into 14 different companies and Chris is the ...
one that beat everyone else. He picked Chris P. to be his assistant for the day and the way these two worked together was perfect for our day. We had Chris S. for 10 hours of the day and he captured everything. Our venue did not have any aerial restrictions which meant we were allowed to use his drone for the day and the videos it captured were incredible! The drone just adds that extra factor to the video that makes it seem so professional and much like a movie! We could not have asked for someone better than Chris to capture our day and bring it to life.
