We had booked Kyle from KMH Production in 2020 to be our Videographer for our wedding in 2021. We reached out to Kyle on the knot website, exchanged some messages, had a call and l...
et Kyle know what we wanted and expected from the services we were booking. We also had an in person meet up to go over last minute details before the wedding. All of our communication was exchanged through email and texts. We requested a special 15- 20 minute film which was written in our contract. The process on wedding day was fine and seemed legit. Kyle had us wear microphones on wedding day and recorded us reading letters we had wrote to each other and also recorded us on the microphones during the ceremony for this video. We were supposed to get drone footage and specific music we requested on our video if he was able to include it. I reached out to Kyle after our honeymoon to get info on when we should expect our video and the timeline we were given was 90 days. After the 90 days Kyle postponed delivery date to 120 days. After that Kyle stopped responding to our text messages, calls and emails. After another month of him being M.I.A. our video delivery date was postponed another month. We finally had to send Kyle a demand letter requesting either our video per our contract or a full refund before we file a claim at small claims court. Once the deadline from the demand letter was reached Kyle sent us a 3 minute video with no drone footage, no specific music we requested, no exchanging of our letters and no audio from the microphones we wore during our ceremony. It looked as though it was made to brush us off. When I confronted Kyle about this over text, he said he cannot fulfill our request and what was signed in contract by the deadline and also asked for a copy of our contract. Shouldn't a professional videographer have this? We proceeded to let Kyle know we were going forward with filing our claim as we had no interest in waiting any longer and then received our full refund from him a week later. I wanted to write this to make everyone aware of our experience. We also reached out to The Knot and they recommended we leave a detailed review as well. We hope you think twice about booking this company unless you want to be scammed of your money and memories on a very important day of your life.
KMH did the videography for our wedding and we could not have been happier with the service and the end result. My husband and I both hate having our picture taken but this team ma...
de the experience feel so natural and easy. They communicate so well and even made sure to coordinate with our photographer to make sure both got all the shots they needed. I would highly recommend KMH to anyone as their personal demeanor and their products are fantastic.
A videographer was not high on my list of priorities when it came to my wedding, but I am beyond grateful I went with KMH Productions! From the very beginning, communication was pr...
ofessional and timely I felt my desires for my film were heard and that they were flexible with our budget. Kyle was our filmmaker and worked seamlessly with our photographer. He had a great eye for the breathtaking shots. He captured the intimate moments between my husband and me, the big moments of the day, as well as smaller moments that we would have otherwise missed. The film we received told our story beautifully. From the music choice, to vow overlay, to the transitions between shots; the whole film told the story of our big day as well as our love perfectly. I can not recommend them enough! If you’re hesitant at all, reach out and you will see how great they are!
KMH Production did an amazing job capturing our wedding day! He is extremely talented and creative, he went above and beyond everything we asked of him!

Production for any video needs
When I was planning my wedding, I knew two things: one, I wanted a videographer, and two, I had no idea how to pick one. As we started to look around, we really liked the style of ...
KMH productions- their videos told a story, instead of being a “moving wedding slideshow.” I am beyond grateful that I went with him and could not recommend it more highly! Kyle was our lead shooter and he worked seamlessly with our photographer on the day of the wedding. The day of, Kyle was professional and got all of the vital shots we wanted. He even got shots that I didn’t even know I wanted, but they’ve turned into some of my favorites. He was not only extremely professional, but very passionate about his work as well . And even more than that, he was passionate about our wedding and us as a couple. He has such a knack when it comes to editing and the way our whole wedding video got put together tells our love story flawlessly. The way he interspersed the vows and the footage really told a coherent story. Kyle was professional in communication throughout the entire process and the end result was well worth what we paid. We’re so pleased by the finished product, and I highly recommend choosing KMH productions for your wedding!
