ked with the shop for 2 years since we postponed the wedding for a year. They were always very responsive and communicative with updates. I found my veil here and did the alterations with their seamstress as well. I couldn't be happier with all of the support they provided from the day I found my dress to days before the wedding when I picked it up to take it home. Thank you so so much!!!

said yes to the dress. It is a luxury shop with high quality gowns. Everything was downhill from the moment we swiped our credit card. It was quite literally a thorn in my side (see final bullet point) throughout the entire wedding planning. Just some highlights and things to look out for: - We were shown and charged one amount, two weeks later our sales person came back and said they did the math wrong and we owed more. We paid it because we felt beholden to them but in retrospect, this was wrong and bad business practice. - We were told one price for alterations ($900) with one seamstress. Later when we had our actual appointment we had a different seamstress who refuted every change we wanted to make. It ended up being just shortening and bringing the dress in (originally we were going to take the back down), price all of a sudden jumped to $1,200. The seamstress verbally accosted us for asking why the change, management barely stepped in, it was atrocious. -At our last fitting, we simply asked the seamstress if buttons had been reattached. She flew into a fit of rage and once again verbally accosted us. She said we were calling her a liar. It takes a lot for me to say this but I was actually fearful. I thought we would leave the store and she'd ruin the dress. -Finally, same seamstress - neglected to put protective pads on the boning. I now live with 6 scars from the boning poking through the dress. The wedding was 4+ months ago and the scars show no sign of going away. I think finding a beautiful gown, having a wonderful experience, and receiving professional alterations do not need to be mutually exclusive. I don't believe you will find all three at Dimitra's.

I had two appointments to try dresses--one regular appointment, and one privee appointment 2 weeks later. While the privee appointment obviously has extra perks, both appointments offered a high level of service. Alex was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout both of my appointments! She listened to me (and my mom & sister) when we had feedback on a dress, and used that information to guide the dresses she pulled for me after. Alex knew a lot about each designer, explaining in detail what kinds of changes the designer could make vs what changes would need to be done in alterations. There were two dresses that I ended up really liking from Dimitras, but I had two other shops I had appointments with the next day, and wanted to make a decision after going to those. Alex was kind and understanding, never too pushy. She even let me know that she would be available all weekend and, since my other appointments were nearby, I could call and come in the next day if I needed to do so in order to make my decision. I went to another shop and they had a dress that could be "The One," but I was still hung up on a dress at Dimitras. I needed to try it on again, so I could decide. I called Dimitras, and Alex told me to come right over. She got the dress for me and we tried it on again right away and I knew immediately that it was the one! Alex walked me through all the pricing, answered my questions, and brought out someone from the alterations team to provide professional advice on how to bustle the dress. I can't wait to see my dress when it comes in!

someone getting alterations done at Dimitra’s would be that you sometimes have to spell things out for them. There were a couple instances where at one fitting appointment we would talk about something to be done and I’d leave thinking that what we talked about would be done the next time… Then at the next appointment I’d show up and we’d go over the same thing again and nothing would have been done already. In my case, my dress had a deep V, but for church my mom wanted me to have some lace to cover the V. So at my first fitting we spent like 15 minutes talking about this lace insert and planning how we would make it match. Then, at the next appointment when it wasn’t done I was like why isn’t this done? It made me doubt their abilities and worry that the dress would get goofed up. However, in the end it turned out great. But I think it may have been smoother if I had been like, “ok so will this be done next time?” Also, at my third fitting I had been planning on taking the dress and they were like oh no you have to come back because it’ll take 4 hours to steam and press it. My wedding was a week and a half away.. I wish I would’ve told them to have it pressed ahead of time since I had to drive 1.5 hours to get it and pay for parking. Living in the suburbs, going back and forth to Dimitra’s was definitely a pain in my butt, however, I love my dress and I haven’t seen anything like it in any store or on TV.

However, alternations were also pricey which put me 2.5 k over budget. The service was fine. I am not a fussy person so I dont like people hovering over me and Dimitra's consultants are a bit more hands off. One instance did annoy me. I had come in for my 3rd fitting and I thought I was taking the dress home. However, they told me I had to come back in another few days because they needed to press my dress. At this point I am 7 days from the wedding so I told them i will take it home and do it myself. All of a sudden, they did the pressing in 20 minutes. I was happy since I don't live in the city and the drive would have been terrible but why make me come back if you could have done it? Overall, I was pleased with my dress but I knew what I was looking for right away. Brides who may not know, may have a harder time as the show floor is rather small and you depend on the consultant to pull gowns for you.

rdered my dress and every fitting until the week of the wedding went so smoothly. They ensured my dress fit exactly how I wanted. Not only was I comfortable but I felt great in it. They did alterations 3 days before the wedding because I lost weight. Everything turned out perfectly and I am so happy with all the help I got from the girls at Dimitra's.

I tried it on first and knew I had actually found THE dress. The Dimitra's team could not have been more helpful. The seamstresses were able to truly customize my gown so it was one of a kind. Between the initial appointment and several additional appointments, I walked through the doors many times and I would do it all again. I wish I could give more stars!

s, I couldn't really find anything that wowed me. Overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations and the entire appointment was such an obvious sales pitch, I was truly over it 30 minutes in. Here’s the story: The appointment started with my associate asking me the usual questions - my venue, budget, what I like, don’t like, etc. I also showed pictures on my phone of dress styles I liked. So I was a little surprised to see which dresses were brought into my fitting room. They all had design elements of what I stated I did not want - like strapless or sweetheart necklines, trumpet silhouette, vintage lace, etc. I didn’t say anything though and decided to keep an open mind because you never know, it might look one way on the hanger but completely different on you. However, dress after dress, it was an obvious no and I pointed out exactly what I didn’t like in hopes we could start moving in the right direction soon. I think part of the issue was probably they just didn't have the type of dress I was looking for so she had to make do with the inventory they had on hand. My second issue was apparently my budget. I stated that my budget was $5k and I was put in dresses that were $11k. What was really annoying though is that they didn't LOOK like an $11k dress and I was stunned by how simple the silhouette was and how inexpensive the fabric felt for that amount. Finally, what really bothered me was, her comment of how I should buy a FLOOR sample of the dress I had on at the time. I wasn't even in love with the dress so I'm not sure where that comment came from but I’m assuming it’s because the dress was around $3k so it was “within” my budget so aka I should just get it because she was out of dress options to put me in. Most importantly and I really want to stress this...the sample was in SHIT condition, which is why that comment was so offensive to me. The dress was torn, there were holes in the lace in the front, and the side seams were frayed from friction of being tried on over and over. When I pointed out the defects, she acted surprised like she had never noticed before. When I flat out said “Absolutely not.” She went on the defensive and said something along the lines of "most girls opt to buy a floor sample to get the dress they want if the budget is the issue." ...My budget was $5k so that comment was laughable. If my budget was $1k then we might have an issue and could potentially discuss buying a sample off the rack. However, for $5k I expect a bomb AF, NEW dress in MY size because that is what I deserve for MY wedding.

I wrote Dimitras Bridal in advance with a list of the dresses from Pronovias I was interested in since I live out of town and was travelling 6 hours for the appointment. My emails were answered fast and clearly. On the day of my appointment, Nicole (the stylist) asked me just a few questions and she pretty much got exactly what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and respectful. She also asked what my budget was, which I found pretty helpful as it saves time and avoids heartbreak later on. She showed me all the dresses I asked for, and suggested a few more. I am so glad she did. She brought an additional Pronovias gown that did not catch my eye online. Even though it looked OK on the hanger, as soon as I put it on I knew that was my dress. After celebrating with a glass of champagne, they took my measurements and ordered the gown which took about 4 months to arrive as they had estimated. Since I did not know a seamstress in my home town, I asked about their alteration process. It is definitely not cheap compared to other places, but as I am about to tell you it was worth every penny. They were very accommodating with the appointment times since I was out of town. We scheduled the first trial and measurements on the same day. It took about 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon but she measured everything (including the bustle). If I could change one thing about the whole experience, it would be the day of the appointment. That Saturday was hectic and I had to wait a while since the seamstress was with another bride, so if you can go on a week day, it will probably be less busy and won’t feel as rushed. I went the second time to try the dress (about 4 weeks after), and the dress fit PERFECTLY. Literally nothing needed to be altered. The fit was perfect. After I kindly asked, they had the dress pressed over an hour and ready for me to take home the same day. Just saving me 1-2 extra trips out of town the weeks before the wedding was enough for me to pay that price. I got so many compliments on that dress, I cannot tell you enough how great the fit was. I got an amazing dress, it fit perfectly, and it was done on time and in just 2 trials. Highly recommend.

! I tried on my wedding dress on the first day of looking in October. After visiting 8 other shops, I returned to Dimitra's in December to purchase my dress! Ismini was fantastic! I don't know where to start. She was fun, excited and always happy to see me and whoever I brought with me that day (MOH, sister-in-law, mom/mother-in-law). She was great at walking me through the process and always made me feel at ease- never pressured me into making a decision! The tailoring was smooth and they were very attentive to all the little details. They were also very understanding when I made comments or wanted changes. I will be recommending Dimitra's to any and all brides I know!

But I really didn't like most of the dresses, and none of them were particularly "beachy" in my opinion. I did find a dress that I really liked there. But I was trying to lose weight for my wedding, and wanted to wait another month or so before ordering my dress, because I wanted to be closer to my wedding weight to have a better idea of what size I'd be when ordering. They kept insisting that I'd need the same size anyway and that alterations would be able to fix it, and tried to push me to buy the sample dress that day. But I wasn't comfortable with that idea, and I didn't appreciate their pushy sales approach. They took what should have been a lovely, special day dress shopping with my parents, and made it a stressful uncomfortable experience. I'm so glad I did NOT give in and buy the dress...because I found my perfect dress somewhere else the next day.

I actually had an appointment booked that Saturday in the afternoon at another bridal shop with the expectation that I was going to purchase what I thought was "my dress". Thank goodness I decided spur of the moment to make an appointment at Dimitra's that morning, just to be certain that there was no other dress for me. Turns out, I ended up falling in love with my gorgeous, breathtaking Zuhair Murad wedding gown!!! After visiting so many wedding shops, I was starting to lose hope that the dress that I imagined in my mind for so many years did not exist. However, there was no denying this dress was truly meant for me, as I stood there on the pedestal, my knees shaking uncontrollably, feeling the nervous butterflies in my stomach, and the complete lack of hesitation as I said, even to my surprise, "I'll take it!" At that moment, I looked to my sisters and my mom and we all started crying! I never in a million years thought that I would cry while saying "yes to my dress" but it was a special moment I will never forget. I spoke with Tina in the moments leading up to me saying yes to my dress, and she was so professional and kind to me and my whole family. She saw I was struggling with my decision initially to cancel my other appointment, and she offered her advice which was so appreciated. After purchasing my dress, I can honestly say every single bridal consultant that I worked with, or simply passed by me were nothing but kind, sweet ladies! They complimented me in my dress saying how stunning and beautiful I looked. Ismene was a sweetheart and so down to earth, always jumping in at the right moment and helping in any way she could. However, the true mastermind and genius by far was my seamstress Inar (spelling?)!! She was incredibly patient with me every single step of the way! My dress was huge, not to mention the level of difficulty that went into the alterations of a Zuhair Murad dress! Most importantly she listened to me. She was so attentive to every little correction I wanted, and paid close attention to areas of worry or concern for me. I am a perfectionist and very detail oriented and so that coupled with a highly detailed and complicated dress, I'm sure was no easy task- but she was phenomenal! My dress fit me like a glove and was complete perfection! On my wedding day, I had several people coming up to me to tell me that my dress was the most beautiful dress they have ever seen in their lives! I had a wedding planner come up to me in my hotel and say she has been in the wedding industry for several years and has never seen a dress like mine! Another woman stopped me on the street and said I reminded her of Princess Diana! I can't thank the women at Dimitra's Bridal Couture enough for taking the time to help me find my dress, for your patience, professionalism, kindness, and for giving me my dress that was fit for a princess!!! Words cannot say enough how grateful I am to have found my dress here, but more than that, to have found a bridal shop with people I trust. She also was the best at staying within my budget and not making me feel like it wasn't enough (like most bridal salons do!) My alterations were pure perfection! My dress fit like a glove and they were more than willing to accommodate my personal fitting requests! Overall I had an amazing experience at Dimirta's!

The assistant was not supportive of kind in any way. She was abrasive and tried to get my daughter to come out of the dressing room in a dress that clearly was not for her. My daughter told her she didn't feel comfortable. After the second dress, my daughter was crying and stated she could not do this for another hour. With that we left. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. I have several friends whose children are getting married and I intend to tell them all to boycott this store. Being 5'7", hourglass, and a size 8, many of the boutiques I had visited had limited sizes of gowns to try on, especially in the more couture pieces(ex Ghalia lahav or inbal dror). meaning wouldn't go up the hips of a slim size 6 let alone any other women.... Dimitras sample selection was much more appropriate and considerate for all women who would like to get a glimpse at a dress before spending and obscene amount of money... Furthermore, the customer service was incredible. Mendy understood exactly what I was looking for while also accommodating my desire to say " I gave other dress types/styles" a shot. Regardless of budget, regardless of taste, this place has the most wonderful selection I've seen PERIOD. With a European air of class and style! Michigan brides... I know all of us have been preset to go to Roma Sposa, but once you go to Dimitria's it becomes apparent that this incredible place is just on a different level. For anyone else who is taking a trip to Chicago for gown shopping, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Mendy. I would be shocked if you didn't find the perfect dress on day one...

You won't just find any designer at Dimitra's. You'll find the best. Tina picked my dress and gosh did she pick right. When the veil was placed on my head - I cried! It was the dress. Their customer service is incomparable! They worked around my schedule as I had to fly back to my hometown Chicago for fittings (I currently live in Maryland). Any questions I had were promptly answered via e-mail. Even after the wedding when I needed advice on where to get my dress cleaned and preserved, Dimitra's had the answer. It was a pleasure! I felt welcomed. My family felt welcome. And everyone, and I do mean everyone, was a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU ALL!

My budget was $2,000-3,000 which I thought was reasonable but the consultant Alicia made numerous mention of not sure there would be anything else within my budget after I didn't love what I was trying on. It was a bummer, actually had wanted to leave after 15 minutes of the appointment. I know plenty of people that have loved their experience here, but for me it wasn't what I expected. Especially for the price point.

Dimitra's just so happened to be the first appointment (of two that day) when we landed Wednesday morning. The boutique is so beautiful and makes you feel like a bride upon entering. We were greeted by Marcia, and after having the standard "what styles are you looking for, what time and setting is your wedding, etc." convo she went to work. I couldn't believe the dresses Marcia selected on the FIRST round of choices she brought to my personal room. I saw one Yolan Cris gown and instantly knew Marcia had captured every detail I had just expressed to her at the start of the appointment. Although I knew it was literally the dress of my dreams, I kept telling myself it was the first one! I had to go to the other scheduled appointments and stay open minded. Well, six appointments later and three restless nights of not sleeping (thinking about that first Yolan Cris Marcia brought me) we came back to Dimitra's today. I made them blindfold me, dress me, "jack me up" and get me to the tiny platform in front of all the mirrors to literally "unveil" me before my eyes. I immediately started sobbing. I never should have wasted three days in this beautiful city at other bridal boutiques. My mom and I were both crying. I am tearing up thinking about it! The owner and Marcia both bent over backwards to accommodate my mom and I during our short stay in Chicago to allow us to come back in and try "the" dress on one more time. Make the trip to Dimitra's in downtown Chicago, you won't regret it!!

ding $5,600 on a custom made-to-fit gown, the dress was EXTREMELY ill fitting- it was over 4 inches too large in the stomach. I was understandably upset after ordering the gown and the person who was assigned to me called me a "crybaby" told me to send the store flowers and then told me the dress could be fixed for another $800. I protested spending any more money at the store but my family thought it would be the best place to be fixed since they work with the vendor. When I came back to try on my dress the same awful woman was there. With the dressed pinned I said "It feels like a whole new dress" to which she replied "no, you're just a different person" a colleague then asked what happened and she began to gossip about me to another person behind the curtain to the back and I COULD HEAR HER. She had the audacity to gossip about a customer who spent WAY too much on an ill fitting gown. RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE I wish I made my purchase at Ultimate Bride or Volle's. The manager was kind and understanding, but the damage is done. The worst mistake of my entire wedding process was making a purchase here. Don't come.

e dresses that were out of my price range after I said there was no wiggle room with my budget. After I purchased a dress, when I was having it altered, the seamstress would often say she would do something and then not do it. I ended up having to have 6-7 fittings because of that. Additionally, she kept blaming it on my losing/gaining weight. But then she'd measure me and act totally baffled when I had the same measurements. The dress was beautiful ultimately, but it took a lot of pushing from me.

I can hardly complain. They worked wonders on making my body look much better! The really only downside is their customer service. This is not your "Kleinfield's" experience. They want you in and out. After I bought my dress, I wanted to come try it on after my hair trial to get the full effect and they wouldn't let me! After a few words with the manager we worked something out but I was pretty shocked at their attitude. Overall - the dresses are more than worth any lack of service if you ask me but it depends on if that is important to your experience.

I went to in the hunt for THE dress. I brought my Mom, bridesmaids and my soon to be Mother-in-law to the appointment and although I was concerned about the number of women I had with me, the staff at Dimitra's made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Iris was my consultant and she was absolutely lovely. We had a quick yet thorough conversation about what I envisioned my dress looking like, my comfortable price range and time frame. My price range was, I'm assuming, substantially lower than other bride's in the salon but Iris never made me feel any less deserving or comfortable shopping at Dimitra's. She was very upfront and honest about the style of dress I was hoping to find in comparison to my price point. To give me as many options as possible, Iris pulled dresses that were both designer 'made to order' gowns as well as sample gowns to allow me the opportunity to try dresses on a wide spectrum. As it turns out, the first dress Iris pulled (which was also the VERY first dress I tried on as a bride) ended up being the one. I returned to the salon at a later date to get measured and place a deposit on the dress. The staff allowed me to take ample pictures for record and memory sake, which I greatly appreciated. As a woman once terrified of the dress shopping experience, I must say that Dimitra's made it as effortless and comfortable as possible. The gowns are breathtaking, the staff is wonderful and your experience will be one to remember.

d found the 'right' dress at Dimitra's. It was a designer from Italy and I fell in love with the detail and the quality of the gown! I worked with Tina and she was beyond helpful and beyond accommodating. The seamstresses are so talented as well. Not only did I purchase my dress from Dimitra's but also my mother found a beyond elegant gown! Unique fashion, excellent customer service, and a great overall team; I highly recommend this salon. The price points are dead on considering the quality and variety that the salon offers. LOVE Dimitra's Bridal Couture!

ld my consultant, Mendy, what I was looking for and she brought lots of selections that met my criteria, some well below by max budget, but nothing was beating that other dress. She asked me what it would take to beat the other dress and luckily another consultant overheard me and said they had exactly what I was looking for in a dress that had just come in. She was right! Mendy and the rest of the team absolutely know they are talking about and they are very honest about what looks good and what doesn't. I really trusted them with alterations (which were very pricey but I wanted the peace of mind that the dress was in the hands of experts) and they were super helpful when I went in for fittings (it only took 2) and to pick up the dress. I highly recommend Dimitras.

While the salespeople at Mira didn't even pull dresses for me, Mendy had pulled many options all within my taste and price specifications. And while the Mira salespeople tried to convince me to go outside of my price range, Mendy respected it and did not try to make me feel like I would have to get a lesser dress because I wasn't spending $3000+. I admit I was nervous when I walked in, as many of the dresses in the front of the store are more ornate and sparkly, but they carried dresses more suited to a classic, minimalist look as well. I ended up purchasing the gorgeous Enzoani Olva gown, which was so so perfect for me. Alterations were expensive but absolutely perfect - the dress fit like it was made for me. I can't overstate how kind and helpful Mendy and the other salespeople were - they don't bully you into buying anything on the spot, they actually listen to you and work with your taste and what you want. I felt so taken care of there! Thank you so much Mendy and Dimitra's for making me a very happy bride!

r the customer service. I met with a bridal consultant, Mendy, told her what I wanted and envisioned and after 2 dresses the 3rd one WAS IT!! She explained what the dress was, cost etc. stayed in my budget, and was a doll to work with. She not only understood what I wanted but appeased what my mom wanted as well. Everyone was beyond helpful! I wanted a custom 9ft veil with a certain lace and they made that happen. A few days later we returned with my dad to make sure it was the one and they were so sweet to let me come back a few more times to bring my bridesmaids to see it. Every lady in the store was a dream to work with-so helpful, nice and they took the time :) I was there for 2 hours the first time, 1-1/2 the second time and the same time the 3rd time for the sash. We not only loved the owner's daughter and Mendy but my mom ordered her MOB dress there too. I absolutely recommend coming to this salon if you want exceptional customer service, someone to take the time with you and understand you, a place that will adhere to your budget and help you create your vision of your bridal dress. A MUST GO TO!

arby bridal boutique and, from going through all of that with her, I really don't feel like she received the quality of service that I did a year later at Dimitra's. Tina was my consultant and, let me tell you, she is above and beyond in every single way. I felt like she completely GOT me from the very beginning. I went to a lot of different places and described what I wanted and they didn't come close to hitting it on the head like Tina did. She pulled exactly what I was looking for and options that were similar. I ended up finding the dress I wanted and buying it at Dimitra's. Tina was always there for me- whatever I needed. She would even come in on days that she wasn't scheduled to be there just to make sure I was taken care of. When it came time for me to find accessories, I was really stuck with my earrings. Tina pulled something from the store and I loved them but didn't like that they were "drop" earrings. She went so far as to contact the designer and had them make the earrings as studs. They were beyond perfect. Dimitra's seamstresses worked tirelessly on my dress to make sure that every change I wanted to make was make flawlessly. Also, my bustle was very difficult and Tina wrote out an entire word document for my bridesmaids to have step-by-step directions on how to bustle the dress just in case on the wedding day. Overall, I truly feel like Dimitra's is one of those business that still puts the customer first. I can't say enough wonderful things about it!

Dimitra's Bridal is filled with amazing bridal couture and gowns that are just breathtaking and they cater to any bride's personal style. Upon arriving to my appointment, Tina asked me a ton of questions about my vision of my perfect wedding gown, my personal style and venue (among a lot of other things!). She really got a feel for me and my personality. She then provided me with selections of dresses that fit my own ideas, and other gowns to try for fun! As any bride will know, finding a dress is an overwhelming experience, but Tina made it fun and relaxing. The best thing Tina did for me though, was stop me from making a purchase after my first appointment. She told me to sleep on it for a few weeks and come back for a follow-up. Even though I thought I was set on my choice, when I came back for my second appointment, Tina had pulled the dress I thought I was going to buy and a new dress that had come in since my first appointment that she thought would be THE DRESS for me! Needless to say, she was dead on and I bought that dress! After my dress was selected, I got my measurements taken. I really love that Dimitra's Bridal has designers that make the dress FOR YOU and that you aren't ordering a gown that needs to be altered to fit YOU. It's such a personal shopping experience and nothing is more important to me that looking and feeling like a princess on my wedding day! All in all, I cannot sing enough praises for Dimitra's Bridal and Tina! There is no better choice in the Chicago area (and Illinois in general!!!)

knew I would know when I saw it. At a lot of other stores they really didn't ask me a lot of questions and just brought me out the trunk show dresses of the day. At Dimitra's, Marcia sat down with me and asked me a lot of questions about the type of wedding we were having, what types of dresses I liked, and what I like to wear in general. Every dress she brought out was great. She eventually brought out a dress I would have never thought would look good on me, and it was perfect, the ONE so to speak. She really took the time to get to know me and selected only those dresses that she thought I would like and would look good on me. The price was actually better than any of the dresses I liked at other stores. From my first visit there to my final fitting, Dimitra's was nothing short of perfect. I loved my salesperson, Marcia. She even delivered my dress to the hotel where I was dressing for the wedding. I would, and already have, highly recommended Dimitra's to everyone that I know getting married.

They have a large selection of gorgeous gowns (wedding gowns, evening and bridesmaids), with designers that love detail- just what I was looking for. I didn't want to look like that one plain Jane bride from the magazine or the bride that got married last weekend. I wanted my dresses to be "me" and to feel 100% like myself in them. Dimitra's really catered to me, and although customizing a dress really depends on the designers willingness, my designer was very flexible with this, and Dimitra's made it happen. The staff was and continues to be at my service. My salesperson, Lumi, is soooo sweet, and I'm so lucky to have her! Overall, the staff and owners make me feel so welcome and comfortable every time I step into their salon. With all the gowns my family has purchased at this store, I have gotten so close to the staff and they have become like family. So from beginning to end, Dimitra's was just the salon I needed. Bottom line is, for the typical $100 wedding dress, go to David's. If you're looking for something truly special, elegant, gorgeous, and with QUALITY, however, go to Dimitra's! Everyone that knows me knows I won't accept anything but the best, and I am telling you that you will be so happy with this salon.

When I arrived for my appointment, the dress was ready and the stylist was beyond helpful. The dress was certainly unique and 100% "me" and Dimitra's ordered one for me right away. The women who work at Dimitra's are knowledgeable and sweet and the tailors are absolute miracle workers. My silk dress had a train composed of layers and layers of fabric and they worked to create an amazingly delicate bustle and hemmed it perfectly. I was not a dream customer, as I have a condition in which I faint after standing still for 20 minutes or more. Everyone at the store worked around my time constraints and were so kind and sweet to me. The dress was ready exactly when they said it would be and it was steamed and perfect. The dress was definitely a one-of-a kind gown and without Dimitra's, I'm not sure I could have had it for my wedding. They did everything to make sure I was happy and looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Dimitra's not only for the wide variety of dresses they have in the store, but for having the ability to track down a dress you see online and get it for you. Dimitra's is THE place to go for your dream dress!
