Dining Innovations Catering

g planning. I loved getting emails from her. My husband and I were looking for something different than their standard menu and sent her a couple of example menus from our favorite restaurants in Oaxaca, Mexico to see if something similar would be feasible. The chef LOVED that we wanted something out of the box. He had never made mole before but he knocked it out of the park! The tasting we did with them was mind blowing. We hired them on the spot and never talked with anyone else. When our rehearsal dinner plans fell through, we reached out again and asked if they would cater that too, but this time with a Moroccan theme. We didn't get to try anything before the night of and, man, we could eat that meal every week. If you are looking for something different, they have the imagination and skill to pull it off. If you are looking for something traditional, I have no doubt they would go above and beyond to make it beautiful and exploding with flavor. I cannot speak highly enough about Dining Innovations. They exceeded our expectations TWICE and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

he menu several times and Ivan was always quick to help me figure out what would work with my budget. And he even helped me rebook for my wedding when we had to CANCEL it 3 days beforehand due to a hurricane! He did not have to do this, but they were so understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend them due to they professionalism and creativity. 5 stars! Great food!

is wonderful to hear they remember our delicious dishes. The staff worked really hard to make sure we were happy and had appetizers/special cocktails and our meals ready for us at our seats. So when we got back from pictures we didn't miss out on anything. Everyone was smiling and helpful and I really appreciated that. Thank you for a great night. We had 100 Guests

r tenders for our event. Their staff were all very accommodating and great to work with. Ivan was so attentive! After the ceremony, Ivan brought a tray of hors d'oeuvres to the bridal party to eat while we finished pictures. He was very cautious of all the different dietary restrictions the bride and some of the guests had (including soy allergy, celiac, Kosher). One thing that definitely stood out was that they served the bride and groom right away during the reception, so we actually got to eat and no one even noticed! It was a dream! They also boxed up a second plate of food for the bride and groom to eat after the wedding! They were so wonderful to work with! Would HIGHLY recommend!

nal menu and no matter what we said, Ivan was on board and ready to make it happen. We planned a destination wedding and were not local, so we had several conference calls with Ivan to fine-tune the menu and stay on budget. Ivan had great suggestions throughout the process. The day of the wedding went seamlessly. We heard from so many guests that the food was fabulous! We were so pleased with how everything was handled and really appreciated Ivan’s positive energy and professionalism. We highly recommend Dining Innovations, Ivan and his team!

sts are still raving about the delicious the food and the menu we chose! Ivan was our saving grace as he went above and beyond his call of duty- Not only did he coordinate with our other vendors but he helped us throughout the transition from the ceremony to the reception. He was kind, genuine, and positive- a grounding force for me, my wife, and my parents. They ensured we had all of our leftovers (even delivering large portions to the Doubletree hotel where we were all staying). Ivan showed true leadership for his staff as they were all professional and efficient. If I ever need an event catered, I would hands-down choose Dining Innovations again.
